He never went into the attic. He did spray the mold and replace a small section, requiring no more than a single sheet of sheet rock. He did not sand it all the way smooth when finished, nor was repainting the tiny section of wall part of the price. This job took a total of 3 hours to complete and I was charged $1,100!
