I ended up being able to get her to the dmv and immediately cancelled the appointment with driven2drive within the 24 hour timeframe. I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called and emailed multiple times and still no refund. Edit to add...when driven 2drive saw my review they called me and immediately processed my refund and were very polite. I think they need better customer service training for their staff.

I was sorry my stylist was graduating & they recommended someone else for my next visit, but after experiencing horrible atmosphere my last 3 visits, I've opted not to return. Sometime you want relaxing experience & the music is too loud where people have to talk loud. It's like this every time I visit this location. The supervisor's & manager is unprofessional.
