Earlier today, I was doing my ex a favor by getting the rest of his things out of HIS storage unit for him as he now lives a couple hours away. My daughter and I didn't know what to do with some things that needed to be thrown out. Nick was AWESOME! He unlocked a dumpster for us and even helped my daughter get the heavy items outside and to the dumpster. Public Storage on Dowlen in Beaumont is so great and Nick is the best! Do yourself a favor if looking for a storage unit and talk to Nick at Public Storage.

I was told it was because of new ownership. They aren't from here. Not sure it that's true. VERY disappointed because this location was convenient.
