This place is shady. My rate doubled in 3-4 months without notice. I did not catch the rate increase for a few months and all the lady at the counter could tell me is it was normal practice. She compared it to an apartment complex with a move in rate. I explained to her it was abnormal for such a huge increase and she could care less. If there could be a half a star I wouldn't even put that. Like other renters have said they will jack up the rate without you knowing and say it goes up with the economy. My rent went from $75 for a unit to $165 for the same unit it ended up being $206 That's when I asked about changing prices if rent goes up will it come back down too? And they replied no it never goes down. And I asked them if I could get a different unit and they said they don't do that then I asked them if my girlfriend got a unit that was cheaper I should be able to move my stuff to hers unit and they replied if you did that it would only be for one month after that we would ask you to leave and not come back. They only ​care about money and themselves... When I say day I'm talking about Zana AND Adriana that work at extra space storage in corpus Christi.. they like to play good cop bad cop with this business. I even brought them business by telling my friend how good they were at the beginning and believe it or not they did the same thing to my friends so I'm sure it's more than just a few people... And if you look at the reviews on their website it's all fake reviews from the same people. I was thinking how to get a class action lawsuit against the company and or the individuals? read more

They raise yr rent whenever they want and unexpected and dont help out even when covid quarantine hit! They just dont care and the slope to get in and put yr 10digit code in suxxx read more

The staff was great & very helpful. The appearance of the storage area was well maintained and very clean. Prices were not bad either.

The staff here is fantastic. They are so helpful and accomendating. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for storage.
