I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a 3-person move for what was supposed to be a…read more2-hour job, and I was quoted under $400 total, including travel and labor. I confirmed this multiple times before booking--at least three times--and verified the price again the day I paid the deposit. I was also very clear about the scope of work: I would be providing all packing materials, I already had boxes and containers pre-packed, and I needed furniture moved downstairs and loaded onto the truck. Everything was discussed upfront. However, when the movers arrived, I was presented with a bill of over $700 and told the job would take 7 hours. They also added new restrictions that were never disclosed beforehand, such as only moving items already in containers. Because this was completely different from what was agreed to, I canceled the service. I had paid a $100 deposit, and they only refunded $28--keeping $72 despite not performing any work. Based on this experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and it put me in a very difficult position on moving day. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming all terms upfront before booking.

It was devastating to lose almost everything I owned in a burglary earlier this year at this…read morefacility. It has been even more difficult since, as the situation continues to escalate. We learned that the facility was unsecured at the time, with the front gate left open. The security camera on our building was also broken, so thieves had easy, unsecured access to our property. Management and the owner knew this and chose not to alert any customers! Since the burglary, employees have treated my husband and me like total garbage. We've lost everything we have cared about--haven't we been through enough? Apparently not! We have been lied to over and over and over again. We get ghosted for months at a time. Their protection plan/insurance refuses to pay because they say there is no evidence of a crime. We have to rebuild our lives from scratch, while they keep adding insult to injury. Then I come on Yelp and see that this is not an isolated incident! This exact scam has been going on for YEARS, and these clowns keep getting away with it! Please take these horror stories seriously and choose another property. Also, really read positive reviews thoroughly; it is very clear they are phony. Altho I rented a Climate Controlled Unit it's been way TOO HOT-- too suffocating in there to go thru our things and downsize as planned. Am just hoping our furniture hasn't been damaged! Also back perimeter fence is in bad shape -- anybody could climb over! My wife doesn't feel safe there alone. Moving out ASAP.
