The owner Joe, really is a great guy which is why he is mentioned in every review. He's got a good little staff of employees who are always very helpful and kind. Need a movie recommendation? Give Joe several titles you've enjoyed in the past and he will come up with something you've never even heard of! You won't ever want (or need!) to use Redbox again after you see the selection this little shop has... There are several monthly plans you can subscribe to (we have 2 out at a time, about $25 per month). Only wanna rent family movies? There's a plan for you too, $4.99 per month. Oh and I mention the selection of video games? Yeah, it's extensive too! I hate to mention it, but I have to.... There's an epic xxx section complete with Girls Gone Wild and all the parodies. You're welcome. Pretty much every hit show that's ever been on television is there and when you rent a series, you get the whole series not just one or two discs at a time. Joe also takes requests and custom orders, so if you dont see something, ask! Don't feel like going out? Oh well they also deliver! (This is subject to availability of staff) You'll always be in the loop with the text alerts too. New releases and specials pretty frequently. VHS, DVD and Blu-ray titles of all genres (no adult titles, but that's what the internet is for, right?). Since it's my favorite, the horror section is a "can't miss" every time I come here. It's a nostalgia trip for sure, but SO much more than that thanks to the amazingly kind, knowledgeable and friendly owner who has had the place for 34 years and counting. Do yourself a favor and forget streaming and Redbox for a night, rent some discs (or tapes) and help keep this wonderland doing what it does best - be a meeting ground/living museum to film.

You can call and reserve it for a couple hours if you know what movie you want but you can't get there right away. They have a prepaid card deal where you get 11 movies for $25. It's a great bargain. I also like that they have in stock a pretty good selection of foreign and independent movies. It seems pretty small but if you are looking for an older or a somewhat unknown movie, you can just ask and they can check it in their system and there's usually a good chance they have it. They do keep older movie in a different location site, but if you call and ask (and they have it), they can have it ready to be picked up the next day. The owner is very nice. It's a great local shop that deserves our support and business!

Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The…read moreNew Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice. After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for. The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it... Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house! 11/5/22 - Updating to reply to owner response. 1) I never said white glove was on your site, but we absolutely were promised white glove, lie all you want. 2) We finally got instructions after requesting but they are horrible, don't solve the issues or show all the things we were promised. 3) Kids never bashed the machine to break the TV loose from the frame or the switch. That's a pathetic attempt to blame others for the poor quality of your machine. Think about the ride it took from IL to CA and tell me the screen fell out from what little play we actually have it. Absolutely ridiculous! 4) Maybe you should show some footages of the games that can't be played and look like hell on your site rather than misleading people that it will look great with 4k? I'll be posting more pictures shortly and looking into my legal options. Buyers beware.... 2nd Update on 11/5/22.....As promised, I went to take more pictures to display the issues with the games. Unfortunately, the piece of junk doesn't even power on now so all I can provide are pictures of the shotty monitor installation that relies solely on double sided tape. Unbelievable! ITNA, do the right thing and take this machine back!!
