The coaches are really good here, teach manners and respect which I like. The issues I have had are more with the running of the business. Our class time recently changed. Madison reached out with a poll asking which of three dates/times would work best for everyone. I selected one, and the next communication I got was that the class had been changed to a date and time that was not one of original options. She asked (by text) if that date/time would work. I told her not really but we would try to make it when possible. She responded with great, look forward to having your child in our class. It made me feel like they never really cared what was convenient, as long as they got our money. The other issues have been with Angela, the receptionist. They have been minor and I tend to ignore her but she can be rude and not welcoming. She made my child feel unwelcome once and that bothers me more than her being rude to just me. read more

My daughter has been attending class at Extreme Gymnastics for over a year. This is the third Gym we have been a part of. We love this gym and the positive environment. The coaches are professional, encouraging and passionate about helping these girls grow as gymnasts and in life. We love the belt system and monthly life focus topics that make this program similar to martial arts. Highly recommend this gym. read more

Our overall experience at Extreme Gymnastics had been fine for the past several months. However, I had to pull my four year old daughter from classes this morning after an extremely disturbing incident. Class had come to an end, and my daughter was having a hard time making the transition. She started to cry and was struggling to follow directions. Instead of letting me go to my daughter, a staff member named, Angela started physically PUSHING my daughter with her body toward the exit. She continued to do so even after I was reunited with my daughter and began attempting to calm her to get her jacket/shoes on. Angela only stopped PHYSICALLY PUSHING my daughter when I told her to stop. She looked at me like that was an unreasonable request. She refused to allow us to step aside out of the way into an empty room where I could get my daughter suitably dressed to go outside in the 45 degree weather outside. She continued to physically and verbally bully us toward the door, stating that my daughter was "making a scene" in "HER lobby"--which was loud and bustling with activity at this point. I can garuntee you that a crying 4 year old was not disturbing anyone to the point that it justified sending her outside barefoot in a short leotard. The entire exchange was upsetting. My daughter is 4, not 14, and is still learning to regulate her emotions. Not only was the physical intimidation on Angela's part unacceptable, but so is the fact that they are teaching their students that they will be ostracized for having big emotions. Again, my daughter was not harming anyone or doing anything unsafe--she was tired after being engaged in gymnastics for 57 minutes and having a hard time transitioning. Seems like the only thing "Extreme" about this place is the way they treat young children. read more

Extreme Gymnastics is Awesome! They keep you involved with all decisions on your kid's progress! They push them to approve and teach order and discipline along with kindness! They compete at the highest levels and expect high standards and detail! My 6 year old twin girls LOVE their class and Coach Sarah. They are excited to attend class and never want class to end. Each week they learn new gymnastic skills and I am more confident that they will not get injured at home. There is a family feel and everyone has been warm and welcoming. More importantly for me as a mom, I enjoy the reinforcement of the character building lessons that we try to model/teach our kids at home. During class each week the coaches lead discussions around respect, honoring your parents, self - confidence and being kind even when it is difficult. This past week, Coach Sarah reviewed how to confidently introduce yourself by making eye contact, sharing your name, asking the other person's name and they even practiced how to shake hands! We recently moved to the area and wanted to continue my daughters gymnastic training as they had to doing it for sometime out of state. I am beyond impressed with that instructors and they are theory on how they are training the children. Not only are they training them to be good gymnast they are training him to be good healthy people which is fantastic reinforcement for what I teach them at home. They are encouraging but enforce discipline which is so necessary in today's society. We are so blessed to have found this place and cannot wait to see them expand and grow as they truly are one-of-a-kind. read more

We love all our coaches at Extreme!! We have a 2 & 4 yr old enrolled in classes here and they love it! Just in 6 months they've grown and learned so much. We really feel like the staff cares a lot about our kiddos and we are sooo excited about the new addition! read more

My daughter Aislyn attends Tues morning classes for the 3 yr olds. She is shy around new people and Coach Ally was great at letting her warm up. Coach Ally is very patient with the kids and trys to redirect them when needed. They always leave with smiles and learn something new each week. Never the same routine. My daughter loves it and talks about it nonstop. I love that she is learning new skills and pursuing something she enjoys. read more

The tots program needs to be designed by someone who is educated in Early Childhood Education. Bought a Groupon for my Grandson and they expected an 18 month old to walk on a floor level beam. All the classes seem to be jumbled together. Children at this age do not have the attention span to not watch the other classes going on around them. Ridiculous atmosphere to have a tots class. I would not recommend this class until it is redesigned and held separate from older age groups. read more
