After my 18 year old daughter phoned to cancel, my credit card was charged the $75.00 anyway. When i objected , the manager ( owner?) wrote a long descriptive narrative about why she charged the amount regardless of my daughter's attendance or not. It's her policy to do do. We won't be back.

I avoided CrossFit for many years, mostly because of the athletes there and it seemed very…read moreintimidating. I needed a new push and showed up one day. The coaches gave me realistic modifications because using a barbell was new to me. It wasn't long into my workout that I realized only the coaches were paying attention to me. Everyone was busy working on their own thing. I've been coming for 3 years now. I love my 5:30pm class. I'm 48, but we have early twenties to folks in their 60's throwing around weight. Do I do rope climbs, headstand push-ups and all the gymnastics moves? No! But I am working at my own pace and still challenging myself. Coaches Brody, Paige, Glenn and Bob are knowledgeable. It's super clean too! I even got my husband to come and he loves it. I convinced my 55 year old sister to try and she loves it. She says it's very empowering.
