I am recently married and this home needed a lot of TLC so I called Right Choice Cleaners. His employees were very efficient. They even had brought their own supplies including a vacuum cleaner. As soon as they got here they went right to work. Dusting and vacuuming was my main concern. Due to the fact that I am highly allergic to dust. Jack always worked around your schedule and if you needed more time. He always allowed the worker to stay until the job was completed.. My father is very hard of hearing and she instinctively knew to speak up and talk to him directly. She has obviously had experience with older clients. Anyway, we scheduled our cleaning appointment and Megan came to clean. She was also very sweet and kind and she did an amazing job of cleaning! She went above and beyond what we had expected! It was my fault for not thoroughly inspecting what she did, but I tipped her almost half of the clean on the pure assumption that she DID do what I was looking for. It wasn't until much later in the day that I realized she didn't. I was happy to give her a chance, but I was upset bc I felt taken advantage of. I think she thought I was a sick, young homeowner who wouldn't know the difference. Unfortunately i was sick, but i was 37 at that time, and completely understood that it was a half hearted clean for $200 with a $75 tip.
