Our guides knew the lake inside and out and they worked every possible spot with success. I highly recommend Captain Shane and his team. It's worth the flight, the drive, and the time. Captain Shane was helpful in providing guidance for the best places to stay (Lake Guntersville State Park Lake Cabins), and restaurants including Big Mikes and La Esquina which is owned by an amazing young family. My guide suggested "top o the river" for the fresh catfish dinner, also a great time!
