With out a correct receipt no one knows how many gallons of gas was actually pumped but it can't be over $43 and they will not give me a correct receipt.  They charged me $125.  I could fill up my car 3 times for that. I called the police to take down the description of my make and model and to record body cam video that I didn't have extra gas cans and to file a police report on them. The gas station employee will not shut down the pump or put out of order on it and both the corporate companies will not refund my money they told me to call my bank but my bank will not refund the charges with out a correct receipt with the correct charges on it but no one knows how many gallons were pumped. The machine was faulty and they are doing nothing about it. They said it was faulty last week and they had someone come out to fix it and it still doesn't work. Other costumers were complaining about the same issue. I formally complained to 7 11 and to Exxon  corporate 1-800 #'s  and filed a formal complaint with TDLR.  Im tired of big corporate companies taking advantage of consumers with no punishment or retribution.

They are frequently out of fountain sodas or the machines were broke. They did respond and seems like they've made improvements. My last communication though went unanswered. I emailed to let them know that they had vagrants loitering inside late at night and it was making customers feel unsafe. I've never seen this at any other QT. Maybe they need a new manager but this store doesn't seem to maintain the same standards as other stores. There's a 7-11 right down the street. Maybe they want my business.

Dreams officially came true at the Fort Worth location. I was thrilled to finally take the time to experience this legendary Texas institution for myself and I think I spent an absurd amount of time wandering around the store. I looked at everything... then circled back around to look at everything a second time... though I'm pretty sure my friends were very much ready to leave long before I was. And the shopping? Dangerous!!! *Nearly* three digits later, I somehow left with a Buc-ee's t-shirt, a seatbelt cover that I just love so much, Beaver Nuggets of multiple varieties, mints, a magnet/bottle opener, a patch, and honestly probably several other things I didn't technically need but absolutely wanted. Buc-ee's seems to sell literally everything. The highlight of the entire experience, however, was BY FAR getting a photo with Buc-ee himself. Absolutely iconic! Dreams. Came. True. Beyond the novelty of Buc-ee himself, the store was surprisingly clean, well organized, and efficient despite the crowds - so many people! Buc-ee's is basically part convenience store, part gift shop, part roadside amusement park, and yet it all works. If only they had a seating area to enjoy the mouthwatering pulled pork sandwiches they were selling... Anyway, I now *completely* understand the Buc-ee's obsession and can only hope California (or even New York!) someday gets one of their own. Until then, I'll just have to cherish my photo with Buc-ee and Beaver Nuggets from afar.
