Chipped windshield, whic I need to replace costing me $3,000.00 with shipping!
    Kalani N.

They really are the typical used car sales BS, I was told that the C8 was in perfect condition, I paid the full asking amount and the shipper sends me photos of all the areas that were chipped including the winshield! Long story short if you plan on purchasing any vehicle from these people spend a few hundred bucks and get an independent inspector to give you the true condition of the car!

Amazing cars ranging from Ferrari's and Lamborghini s. They even had imports from Japan. If you are a car guy this is definitely a good spot for you. Come check them out!

Car being towed 20 minutes after delivery

Mustang Shelby GT fell apart after 20 minutes of it being delivered. Pulled into gas station since car was delivered with little gas. Bumper falls off and rips off entire bumper with it. Destroying bumper and exhaust. Towed to Ford Dealership where they discovered other car components not bolted / fastened under car. Management will not call us back. Buyer beware : Tonka Toys with assembly required. Stay away from this unethical dealership.

I purchased a low mileage 06' 350z and drove it home from Dallas to Northern Virginia 1300 miles away. I had no major issues which is outstanding for a 16 year old car from a used car dealership. They clearly do service and clean up their used cars very nicely and are careful in their selections and acquisitions. Jay was very reasonable about pricing especially considering today's inflated market and he didn't cheap out on small stuff so that I would be safe on travel. Their processing fees are the lowest that I've seen anywhere. This is one of the FEW places I'd actually go to again and check on their inventory if I were to be in the market for another used car again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member who is conducting a nationwide search. Their processing fees are the lowest and best that I've seen anywhere. From beginning inquiry to finish the experience was great and professional. Unlike most other inflexible dealerships on the East Coast I test drove and spoke with these guys are honest, enthusiastic, fast and were not pig-headed & arrogant about anything just because they can be. Correspondence is second to none and unlike others in the business they understand and use phones and digital communication very clearly and effectively. You can ask for photos, videos etc and don't get the usual tag lines and invasive pressure so long as the car is still for sale. I visited Autopark Dallas in person and it's clear that they bring very good cars into their ownership for sale; their lot is very impressive. I cannot say the same for the 3 or 4 other places I visited in the past month in three other states. So I am very happy with the car and the entire experience here.

    Extended warranty stated on listing.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! FALSE ADVERTISING DISASTER! ILLEGAL PRACTICES! I purchased a customized 2016 Ford Focus from Autopark Dallas in August 2020. I have not been able to get it to pass inspection because it does not have a catalytic converter which won't pass in Texas it turns out, and I was unaware of that at the time. It was advertised as being able to pass in all 50 states as you can see in my photo which is not the case obviously. It was advertised as having a "MBRP catless downpipe" which I did not know the meaning of at the time and I know they did because they advertised and inspected it. This will cost me at least $1000 to fix. It was advertised as having an extended warranty but when I purchased it they said that it had no warranty because it is custom vehicle. It also has a tint on the windows and headlights as well as tail lights and turn signals which I did not know will not pass inspection because it is too dark. I kept getting flat tires and ended up buying 7 tires the first year I had it because it turned out the suspension camber had been pitched at an angle for racing which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The sales man boasted that they had asked the previous owner to put new tires on it, which leads me to believe that they knew the car was wearing tires unevenly. I spent $2500 fixing that problem. It was advertised as having a fuchsia wrap job with a Kona blue metallic paint job under it. I found out that it has a white hood. The wrap job is already coming off and will cost me $5000 to re-wrap. It only lasted 2 years and I can't just take it off because the car underneath does not match like they said it does so I will need to have it wrapped or painted. It has a close loop tune which means I cannot take my daily driver on road trips. It needs to be re-tuned with an open tune to travel to different elevations. This will cost me more money and I should have been informed of at time of purchase. It also had the antenna removed which I did not know about so the radio doesn't work. Autopark Dallas will not return my calls. They are dishonest and should not be trusted! Buyer beware!

A great place to buy specialty cars!

We flew from Denver to Dallas to check out a car my grandson was interested in. Jose was our salesman, he was terrific. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership. The car was everything as advertised. The showroom had an amazing collection of cars. We drove back to Aurora and my grandson's new 2017 Infiniti Q60.

I've waited about 10 months to write this review. 10 months ago I bought a 2015 Subaru WRX STI with 37 thousand miles from Autopark Dallas. In a pandemic, l drove from Memphis TN to Dallas TX. I made an appointment to look at 2 cars, the red STI in my pictures and a white one. Let me emphasize, they knew I was driving 8 hours to see both of these cars. When I arrived an employee said to me "you're here to see the red and white STIs right?" "Yes" "Oh, so we just sold the white one." Shouldn't be a problem, I'm primarily here to see the red car anyway. They proceed to tell us we can't take it in a test drive due to COVID practices, but can do a quick loop around the block. I was given maybe 30 min in total with this car and rushed throughout the entire process with the excuse of Covid. Oh, and on my way out the door, they assured me this car had an ethanol kit on it. (Surprise! It didn't) If you want to talk about pressuring the buyer, this is textbook. After my 8 hour ride back, I started noticing the little things. Missing high beam bulbs, missing fuse box cover, wiper fluid reservoir cap, one bald tire. I had it inspected by a local mechanic. The car had nearly no oil in it and I had just driven 500 miles home. This is getting lengthy so we'll rapid fire all the problems this car had: leaking gas tank, 10k miles overdue on trans and diff fluid change, feedback knock in the -11 range, clutch failure, and honestly I'm probably forgetting some. At 40,410 miles the engine blew up while idling. I was cool with that, I bought a modified car and I got to deal with modified car problems. Until last night, I had a previous owner reach out to me. It is irrefutable that Autopark Dallas knowingly and willingly sold me a car with tampered software that turned off the check engine light. They knowingly and willingly sold me a car they knew would have engine failure. They took advantage of the situation, using the pandemic and my commute to have a sure fire way I wouldn't discover the issues the car had. Should I have been more attentive in noticing the signs something was off? Yes. Does that excuse their actions? Absolutely not.

But that's none of my business. What is MY business was my experience buying a car thru Drive Time in Lewisville. But prior to even heading down there, I did my homework online. Found three vehicles I was interested in. Talked to a gentleman at the Lewisville dealership about those vehicles, and he was able to give me some feed back on all 3 (slightly better pricing; the down payment I needed to put down in order to get the monthly payment where I wanted it to be; insurance costs; where the vehicles were located, etc), and invited me in to see him. A couple days later, I showed up, we talked some more numbers, and was able to come up with an agreement with my first choice, provided everything checked out with my veh inspection and test drive. I was allowed to inspect the vehicle, top to bottom, front to back, & inside and out. The vehicle was in very good, shape (some fair wear and tear for a used vehicle) but no obvious damage inside or out; had new tires; no uneven tire wear left or right that would indicate an alignment/camber problem; the engine bay was clean; all fluid levels were topped off; eng oil was a nice light brown; radiator fluid was a nice pretty green color (not dark with an oily residue); engine purred like it should with no shaking, missing, clicks, or any other noises that aren't supposed to be present); alternator was charging at 13.7V, battery held a charge of 12.9V with the engine off; no leaks under the chassis; no signs of brake fluid leaking on the inside of the wheels; the interior was clean; some minor stuff here and there (prev owner smoked but that's an easy fix; new cabin filter, some Febreeze, and some powdered charcoal... Like it never even happened); no cracks or excessive chipping in the windshield or door glass; brand new windshield wipers; all the windows worked smoothly and properly; doors did not rattle when slammed shut; interior lights worked; dash console worked; stereo sounded great (no blown speakers); all the seats and seatbelts worked properly; no stains on the seats, head curtain, or floors. The test drive further demonstrated the vehicle was "road ready". All exterior lights worked properly; start up was quick & smooth; acceleration was smooth & as it should be, there was no front end shake or steering wheel pull at highway speeds, or during hard breaking; no obvious cut-out, shaking or hesitation from the engine when stopped at a red light; went over rough patches of road construction well; road noise was acceptable/normal; brakes indicated no signs of excessive wear, and slowed/stopped the car smoothly and evenly. Came back to the dealership, told them I was impressed with the car, and would take it home today at the price and payment we discussed earlier. We completed the last bit of paperwork, they went over the warranty and extended benefits packages in detail with me (they were free by the way), and they handed me the keys and off I went. Granted, some people are going to be frustrated buying a car at ANY dealership. But you have to know some key things BEFORE you go in: Know your cedit score and your debt ratio so you can honestly know what you may or may not be approved for Know what you can legitimately put down as a down payment ($0 - $500 down is hardly ever an option, don't kid yourself. $2000 is a good number to START with) Know how much you can honestly afford ea month in a car payment & increased ins costs Have more than 1 vehicle you're interested in Know the average blue book price of the vehicles you like so you're not over paying. Be willing to "negotiate" & if necessary compromise on certain things (price, down payment, secondary/after market packages). If you're not willing to be somewhat flexible, the lenders are probably gonna tell you something you don't wanna hear. If somethings not right (i.e. tires are worn; window goes up/down too slowly; headlights are faded; missing headrest, vehicle vibrates or pulls to one side, etc...), speak up, let them know if they get the deficiencies fixed, you'll take the car. But DO NOT take any car home that has problems they say they will "fix later"... NOT SMART! FIX THEM NOW & WE GOT A DEAL Remember, the dealerships are usually the middle men when buying a vehicle. Unless you come in "pre-approved" through your own lender, then it's even easier. Just get the vehicle price point under your preapproved loan amount accounting for TTL, & the APR of your loan, put them in contact with your lender, and it's pretty much a done deal at that point. But the guys and gal at Drive Time in Lewisville took care of me, and 2 other customers while I was there. In the end, we all gave them a hearty handshake, had a smile on our faces, and walked out with keys in our hands and drove off happy customer.

Well that's where we found out that heater went out and the transmission had multiple codes! MULTIPLE CODES! They(Drive Time)had been swiped it clean in the past! Long story short, we took it back to Drive Time. I then went to a reputable dealership and bought different vehicle. While in the process I was alerted that Drive Time had blocked me from being able to use anyone else for financing a vehicle. Basically, I would only be able to use Bridgecrest to finance a vehicle. Well fortunately I received some help and also was able to bypass due to having a great credit score! Needless to say, I would never recommend dealing with Drive Time! The deception of swiping the codes clean is despicable! The worst thing is you sit there and visit with these salesmen and they lie to your face about the quality of vehicles they're selling!

We needed extra cash to pay for taxes etc., So we asked him to hold the car and we would get the rest of the money to complete the deal the next day. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS!…read more A word of advice for all of you unsuspecting car buyers out there you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Castle Hills motors. Do not walk, but run as fast as you can away from this dealership. You may have a positive experience if the vehicle does not break down, but if it does break down as ours did you are totally screwed. There are many dealerships you have a three day or seven day return policy if anything goes wrong. I beg you to find one of those places instead to buy your vehicle. Let me share our experience with Castle Hills Hills Motors. My son bought a truck with a lift kit from them on June 28. He purchased a warranty to go with the truck in case something happened. He also traded in his car on the deal. It broke down the same night after driving it for only 50 miles. They promised to get him into another vehicle but a week later changed their mind. Then they promised to pay for half of the cost to repair the truck. Another lie. Then they found out he had a warranty and promised to help us get the truck evaluated for the claim. It took them two months to find a mechanic to do the estimate and get the claim filed. In the meantime they refused to pay off the car that he had traded in. So my son had to keep making payments on the car that he had already traded in as well as the truck that broke down the first day!!! We asked them over and over and over again to pay off the car but they refused, until one day they got a buyer for it and had to pay it off. This gives you a sense of how these people operate. Then the bombshell hit. The warranty company said that Castle Hills motors sold us the wrong warranty policy so we had no coverage for the repairs. Castle hill motors did nothing to help us even after getting an attorney. We finally got it off their lot today November 5, and we will have to repair it ourselves. It has been four months of pure hell dealing with these people. They lie, they hang up on you, leave you on hold, and they refuse to help you. I repeat: run like hell away from this place and save yourself a lot of misery.

Outstanding Experience - Truly Felt Like Family…read more We came into Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville today to surprise my wife, Grace, with a new car for her birthday--and the experience exceeded every expectation. We picked out a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum in Storm Gray, and from the moment we arrived, our salesperson Gabriela Garcia set the tone. She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming--the perfect balance you hope for in a sales consultant. She took the time to really qualify us, understand our family's needs, and make sure we were choosing the right vehicle, not just a vehicle. The exact Grand Highlander with the trim package we wanted wasn't on the lot, but that didn't slow things down at all. Gabriela immediately worked to locate the exact vehicle we wanted at another location and personally coordinated getting it brought in so we could take care of everything today. That kind of effort speaks volumes. While waiting, we met Dave, the sales manager, who made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. No pressure, no games--just clear communication and genuine hospitality. Then came financing with Jonathan Ortiz, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest financing experience I've had in 25 years of buying cars. Jonathan walked us through everything clearly, efficiently, and with zero stress. What really surprised me was that while wrapping up the Grand Highlander purchase, I spotted a 2025 Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter that absolutely spoke to me. On a bit of a whim, I asked Jonathan if it would be possible to trade in my Civic and purchase the 4Runner as well--and before we knew it, we were driving home with two new vehicles. At no point did anyone feel pushy. We felt taken care of, respected, and honestly treated like family throughout the entire experience. I couldn't recommend Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville more highly. If you're local and looking for a dealership that values people over pressure, this is the place to go.
