I must also say in the last 2 years the quality of service and hospitality did decline after the previous service staff is not here anymore. I'm not certain if they got new jobs or left the country considering some things that are going on socially, but the new team members just don't seem to have the same care as before. I have decided to cancel my membership for these reasons and also there is a new larger one that's closer to where I moved 4 years ago now; they got a lot of money from membership out of me without my using it over the last 2 years as much. The popularity also outgrew this location's size as many of the times I wanted to stop I didn't because the line was too long. I still think this is a great business to support.

I have taken my mustang to other Car Washes in the past with no issues. I am pulling into the main area and I hear bad grinding under my car. Nothing was wrong with the car before this. I open the car and ask the attendant what is that sound and what is going on? The response from the attendant was " he did not know--. It's your car". He looks under the car and sees the pulling mechanism is rubbing my frame and I have almost cleared this bad area. At the end of the car wash-- I start to try to get out and the car is stuck and my tires are spinning. I brought a very dirty car to RP Detailing, complete with mashed in cheerios to the floorboard, dust everywhere, and a general lack of concern over the cleanliness of the vehicle. This car had not been detailed in the seven years I owned it. Car wash? Sure. Detailing, not so much. I was shocked at how much better my car looked after it was detailed. For what they did, an inside and out detailing, including the engine block, I consider it a reasonable price. Overall, this was a great impulse buy, and I expect in a year or so I'll be back for another detailing. Thanks again for the quality work!

I was told the car would be ready in 1 -1.5 hrs. Over 2 hrs later, I called to find out if my car was done. It was close to being done and they offered an exterior wash. Sure. I got one. I picked up my car about 15 minutes later. I must say THE INTERIOR SHAMPOO WAS GREAT (5 stars). My car looked brand new inside. I recommended the company for getting cars cleaned. But, I have a major problem that I am hoping the company will remedy asap. The interior of the car was still damp and the cleaning smell (ammonia) was noticeable so I left the windows open for a few hours. 24 to 48 hours after that I returned to my car to see bubbles (in the form of long stripes) on every one of my tinted windows!! (0 stars) (Pics to come.) The ammonia was used to clean my tinted windows and that can REMOVE tint. I am hoping a $75 interior shampoo and $10 wash does not turn into a $200-300 tint replacement job at another company. I'm seeking a remedy from the company. I've called the company a number of times this morning to no avail (no answer) but I will update this review after I talk with them. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the morning after I post the review. (I had also called and left a message.) After bringing the car in that afternoon for them to assess, they asserted their products did not cause the damage. I explained that this had never happened before. In spite of the disagreement, they removed my old tint within a few days and replaced it within another few days after that. It was inconvenient to have to keep returning but I appreciate their best efforts to remedy the situation. Again, the detailing work was great.

All stains were removed from seats along with pet hair accumulated within the past year from my dogs. Extremely accommodating , fast service, great price , very professional. I will be returning and recommending my friends.
