I have been coming to this carwash for years and even had their highest membership which allowed me to have my car washed daily. When I joined the membership I was told to at least come once a week for it to be worth the cost but unfortunately I moved to another area which doesn't allow me to conveniently visit as frequently as I once did. I must also say in the last 2 years the quality of service and hospitality did decline after the previous service staff is not here anymore. I'm not certain if they got new jobs or left the country considering some things that are going on socially, but the new team members just don't seem to have the same care as before. I have decided to cancel my membership for these reasons and also there is a new larger one that's closer to where I moved 4 years ago now; they got a lot of money from membership out of me without my using it over the last 2 years as much. The popularity also outgrew this location's size as many of the times I wanted to stop I didn't because the line was too long. I still think this is a great business to support. read more

Touch less car wash, top package actually had my car coming out dirtier. I had to go to another car wash to re wash my car. The vacuum I used also didn't have enough suction to pick up crumbs of the mats. Place is basically a scam, at least if you get the touchless. Not gonna bother going back to try the normal tunnel wash, I wouldn't expect much better. read more

Not sure if the management or what changed at this place but quite frankly the service is trash. Please tell me why I spent 18 bucks for a car wash and they didn't wash the front of the car. I didn't notice of course until after I was out of the parking lot and parked my car. A magnet on my car also came off so when I went back to the location just to simply ask if maybe someone picked it up so I could obtain it I basically got greeted with the attendant telling me it's not his problem. But yet it was my problem that they couldn't wash the front of my car. Accidents mistakes happen but the customer service is trash. This used to be my favorite car wash I will never go there again. Save your money and go to the express on route 40. read more

Very disappointed with this car wash. I paid $18 for their "First Class" service, but the car was not cleaned properly. I immediately pointed it out to the staff in the service area, and their response was unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money. read more

Was my first car wash in a while. The attendees immediately jumped up to offer an explanation for their services and assist me (with my tiny arms) to pressing the menu. This location has a super cool monthly subscription program where you pay $20, $30, $40, $50 for different classes of services but you get unlimited washes for that class. They also did towel wipe down afterward which was great. 24/hr option available also. Pretty great! read more

Went to this carwash because the others were either closed or too crowded... I paid for the most expensive car wash @$14.00 and was told that I would receive a vacuum cleaner token once I completed the touch free cycle. Once I was finished there were no attendants to be found. I knocked on the office door and it was empty. All of the attendants had left for the evening @ 6:30. Needless to say I had to pay 1.50 for the vacuum. They will not see me again! read more

Amazing service, the owner and his son helped me determine what wash was best, explained the discounts, and went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car (usually self-service vacuum, but since they were not busy they did it for me). Phenomenal service! My rental car got stuck in mud when I was forced to turn around due to all roads being closed to get across the river from Hanover during this windstorm. So this car looked like it went mudding in the back woods of Georgia. Being from Indiana I'm used to small town hospitality which is exactly what I got here. A man who I assume was the owner asked what happened and me not wanting to look stupid said a dump truck full of dirt had blown debris all over my car but he knew I got stuck so I looked even more ridiculous. Anyways he had me pull into one of his bays and he sprayed off all of the dirt and debris from the vehicle free of charge before I went through the wash. Don't even think of going to the car wash chains the wash itself was fantastic as well. He had his crew wiping down and drying other customers vehicles but this being a rental I didn't need it. He saved me from being eaten alive by my boss for getting a cleaning fee from national. So hats off to these guys I owe them much more than this review but I hope for much success! read more

I have been to this new and improved car wash about 7 times already! I use the touch free and it NEVER leaves residue on my car (like the Big Red place on Route 40 does. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and friendly! They are also helpful and patient for those who have questions and need assistance! Most definite improvement over last owners.
