Walked 2 miles to get here, said they were closed when it was 11:45 and the hours say until 12am. Lazy people running this place.

Besides those desired pit-stop amenities, you can also choose from an extensive menu of made-to-order fast food, never even leaving your vehicle if you use the 24/7 drive-up window. Fried chicken, have it any way you want it. Yep, you can get gizzards & livers, too - no shame! Don't want yard bird? Well, if it's otherwise fried, it's probably on the menu -- okra, school cafeteria burritos, egg rolls, corndogs, steak fingers, and fries. Health nuts can go for the salads or baked potatoes, or maybe a burger or pulled pork sandwich. How about a cup of coffee for $0.69? I never see that kind of price anywhere anymore. Locals may further appreciate the walk-in beer cooler with an impressive selection of brews, as well as the wall of limited equine supplies. That's right, ranch hands, you can replace your busted bridle or lasso at Lucky's.

They have started closing earlier than they advertise, lying about hours of operation. The employees are extremely rude and I'm pretty sure the bigger tall guy will sell anything to anyone no id. (It's been so consistently terrible I had to make a Yelp account)

I bought a sandwich and some water and got out of there. I will never return. In fairness to them, the place was surprisingly clean, well organized, seemed well managed. The staff seemed nice enough - just working hard to ring up all the people buying their tchotchkes.

I walked in planning to spend maybe 20 minutes max just to buy a few souvenirs, snacks, and a few things to take home to my kids and family. Shortly after I walked in, I was approached and told I wasn't allowed to be there because I came in a semi truck. I explained that I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to buy a few items, but I was told they would not allow me to purchase anything. I was also told, "Unfortunately truckers are not welcome." Those were his exact words. That was extremely disappointing to hear. Truck drivers are a huge part of what keeps this country moving. We deliver the products businesses sell every single day, including the products sitting on Buc-ee's shelves. To be told we're not welcome and not even allowed to make a purchase is sad and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will never return to Buc-ee's again, not even in my personal vehicle. I'd much rather spend my money at a truck stop or any business that welcomes everyone and appreciates the people who help keep America moving.
