Also during the holidays and busy times of the year Ups uses this location as a pick up station for over flow packages, more convenient for me then going to the regular UPS pick up center.

I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either.
