I called Aspen Dental a couple months ago for a cleaning and xrays and to get a loose tooth…read moreexamined. No cleaning. More xrays that I've never had any place else. They examined each tooth and gave me an estimate for $5000.00. I went and git the tooth pulled. Then a couple days ago a filling fell out and they said the wouldn't fill it until I got a hygiene cleaning for a $1000.00 before they would fix the filling. They tell you the xrays are free but that's nothing but an incentive to make money. Also I had a cleaning 7 months before at my regular dentist. I've never had dentists tell me they wouldn't fix a filling. This is a big money business. If you don't have the money to pay their exorbitant bills, don't go!!!

They started taking all kinds of x-rays and I questioned why and I was told that the Dentist would not see me without a complete set of x-rays. I told them I had recently had x-rays taken at another facility and I could have them sent, but was told they had to have their own. When the Doctor came in he wanted to do more xray. I refused and he explained that a tooth had been broken when the bridge came out and he wanted to do a more advanced exam. I asked him to please just reglue the bridge in. He did with the understanding that he would not guarantee anything once I walked out the door. It lasted less than a week, cost $168 and today I received a bill for another $138 for a panoramic x-ray. What a scam. I am extremely upset. Over $300 to reglued a bridge that lasted less then a week. I will never set foot in an Aspen Dental again and will tell everyone of my experience.
