After the surgery after I could feel my face again I had pain that was leading to migraines. I called the office and with in 20 minutes I had a pain killer ready to take. Dr wright personally apologized for the pain I was suffering. The following day Dr Wright again personally called me to check up on things making sure everything was ok and if I had any problems to call him and then gave me his personal number. You don't see that these days Drs with bedside manners. So glad his receptionist was wearing her uniform when she came into my place of employment and convinced me to come see dr wright. Then billed medical, but they're a dentist you say, and you'd be correct. After getting an EOB that they were NOT paid from my medical insurance, who explained that they don't cover DENTAL work (duh), I took it upon my self to get my dental insurance in this, and got the matter resolved, called Shahan office, got them straight, and low and behold the next month they're getting paid. Then I got a letter (2 days BEFORE my EOB showed up from Insurance) that was written with quite a nasty tone about not being paid. Final straw. I was the reason they got paid at all, I'm not even bringing up the fact I paid over half of this out of pocket (yay insurance..). They're miserable and make not effort to hide the fact they do not want to be dealing with you as a CUSTOMER.
