I made a mistake and scheduled an eye exam appointment here and went to a different location. So I…read morewas late for my appointment but they accommodated me without any issue. After initial check-in, I went to the back for the pre-tests by the technician. Again, no wait. I went through 5 different hi-tech apparatuses, streamline. Basically I just keep rolling my chairs to the right and put my chin on each. I was again back in the waiting area in the back. Soon I was summoned into the exam room for Teladoc. The remote technician evaluated my vision correction. She was friendly and patient. Then I waited for the doctor. This was my only sizable wait but even that was only about 10 minutes. Dr. Barry went over my tests. Redid some of the vision corrections, and correctly pointed out I had a floater in the right eye! Finally, I went back to the front where a staff printed out my paperwork and took my old eyeglasses to be updated. I was told I get to have tint for free. Sweet! I was told to expect a text within 2 weeks when it's ready to be picked up. I was out of there in less than an hour. Smooth transaction and pleasant visit!

When I called to confirm my appointment they never told me that I needed my medical card. I did not have the card and told them I could call them when I got home and give them the numbers or I could send them a picture of the card. They said no I would have to reschedule. With all the years that I've gone there you would think they could trust me until I got home. Otherwise they could just bill me for the full amount. I will never be going back to that practice. They do not appreciate their clients.
