Three days ago I went to Amazing Lash and most of the lashes had fallen out. I made a same day appt with short notice, so I was willing to see whoever was available for a fill. DO NOT LET THE LOCATION FOOL YOU! Yes, their little shop is tucked away in a dark hallway of a dilapidated strip mall. Once you walk in the door you'd never know. Such a cute little waiting area! I had a consult about what I was looking for and we discussed recommendations for what works best with my eye shape and hooded lids, which I've never had before. I've just been shown a I could immediately tell the difference in the attention to detail and how thorough she was. Price was very reasonable considering I was booked for a fill, but the Amazing Lash lashes were falling so quickly, we basically had to do a new set. read more

Unfortunately I have to write my first ever negative review after my experience with Eye Candy Lash SRQ. I don't take negative reviews lightly, and it is incredibly hard for me to leave this review - but I don't want others to experience what I have. When I went into Eye Candy, a previous lash artist had done lashes that they didn't find acceptable, so they asked me to take them off, then charged me to remove them and come back a week later. I did this, and then asked MANY times when arriving to get lashed if my lashes were good to be lashed - my artist said yes. I will mention that I paid for a volume set, and have had lashes for nearly 3 years now. When I reached out to the owner to let her know that I didn't feel they were volume, she agreed and asked me to come back in. By the time she was able to schedule time with me, there were almost no lashes left and they let me know it would be an additional charge since so many lashes had fallen. This was all in less than a weeks time, and having lashes for nearly 3 years I know how to properly care for them, these were obviously poor quality. I tried many times to contact the salon, and they would ignore my messages or call me when I stated I was in meetings then not replying when I called/texted them. They did offer me one time to come in and get them redone, but the time did not work for my schedule, and they stated it would be an additional charge. After continuing to reach out for nearly 2 weeks looking to resolve it, the owner did call me, only to talk over me, then hang up on me and block me. I genuinely only wanted to come to a resolution that didn't lead me here, but she gave me no choice. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a business owner, and it is clear that money trumps customer service for this business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is a waste of time, money and doesn't care enough about their customers to deserve your business. My family supported this business for months and was excited to support small, local businesses over larger chains. However, the owner and staff here have refused to take accountability for numerous botched fills and bad attitudes. It seems they only care about the money and not what you look or feel like when you walk out the door. At this point, no offer of recompense would be sufficient. Not that they would care anyway. my first set of lashes were what I thought was nice . 2 weeks later I went for a fill . after 24 hours they started just falling out . . so I called to come in asap and they did a refill with a different attitude towards me . kinda rude actually. so then about 6 days later my lashes started falling out again and hurting my eyes . I went to another lash studio for a second opinion. I was told I would need a full removal and that the lashes that eye candy did were placed on my skin !!! Not on my lashes like they are supposed to be and that there was glue clumps all over my lashes and thats what was causing my pain . now I I have lost almost all my own lashes . just a horrible experience I will never go back there they are not doing lashes at an expert level and just overall poor work ethnic. read more

The reason I stopped coming to this salon had nothing to do my stylist but everything to do with the owner. No matter the week I came in for my fill, I overheard her talking about another client or employee to the client she was lashing. (So a room of six women were aware) The gossip made me super uncomfortable. As a business owner myself I find the way she would go about her conversations to be unpleasant and these matters should be discussed privately. Getting a service as such is supposed to be a zen environment it is not a time I should hear others being reprimanded. How am I to know after hearing these conversations that she isnt demeaning myself in such a way? That is something I could not put my trust in. Very unprofessional. read more

I don't normally take the time to post a review, but I want others spending their money to know what they may receive. During the giveaway I was going to give a 5-star review just so I could win, but then something kept telling me no. So I didn't. I want others to know I have given this shop more then one try, three in fact. My first visit was for just a lash fill with about 60-70% of my lashes to work with (I double checked with her before requesting a fill to make sure she does fills over other people's work). They looked great when I left, but one week later they all came out! Only my previous ones were still on! So I waited thinking it's just a lash growth and what she explained during the visit "I really want to do a full set on you completely fresh to take these off and put on a full set." I said "ok, sounds good" but it seems she booked my next appointment for just a fill instead (found out the day before) and so she had to put me with someone else (I don't want anyone else, this isn't Amazing Lash where you have someone else each appointment). She had convinced me that she was really good and does her own lashes, so I said fine. I was hesitant about it, but I had nowhere else to go. The girl comes in 15 min late (that's cutting into my time with lashes) then an hour later her next appointment comes in. So she quickly finished my lashes. I didn't get a chance to look at my lashes because I was being rushed out when she was the one who was late! I get to my car and noticed that not all of my lashes were even done! I was so mad! I messaged the owner because she was late for my appointment (unprofessional! I paid for the time and lashes and my 40 minute drive to this place) she said she would do my lashes to fix the screw up at no charge. I said ok I'll give this place one more shot. Again, my lashes fell out one week later after this second appointment. I took pictures daily of what they looked like. When I blink, the lashes would just fall off. My third appointment (to fix) was 2 weeks later due to both our schedules. She asked if I wanted to take them off or just put on top of what I had left. At first, I said to just put on top or what she thought was best. She took some off and worked on the rest. I was thinking I'm still getting the same length and same style... Nope! I asked for Ds the 1st time and volume 12-13 lengths. She does not take notes apparently and didn't notice the size that was already on! I now look like I just have mascara on my natural lashes. It doesn't look like I have extensions on, just my own lashes. Even my family asked where my lashes went. Several hours after my appointment, my eyelids started hurting. That is NOT supposed to happen! The extensions jab into my eyes when I shut them. It's now day 2 and I'm still in pain. Take your money elsewhere, unless you don't care about what your lashes look like or your health. Their work is inconsistent and the staff is unprofessional. Be aware that they do not put on full sets, they only do 50% of your lashes. That's what they consider a "full set" (they alot 75 min). Their fills are 60 min. Do the math. Take your money somewhere else. read more

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from a business owner before. I was contacted by a receptionist that they had to cancel my appointment because they didn't have a stylist available; they rebooked me for the next week at the further location. They offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I show up at the rescheduled appointment at the further location to then saying they didn't have my appointment. I get a call from the owner saying come to our other location in an hour but they would no longer be able to give me the 10% discount (literally $10 off after wasting my time two weekends in a row). It's not about the $10, it's about the horrible customer service, mismanagement of their schedule, and wasting my time and resources. Would not recommend this company. There are businesses in the area that value their customers time and want to earn their business. read more

The process was painless and super comfortable. I'm most thankful for their cleanliness, value and punctuality! I have tried volume and hybrid sets and they are both gorgeous! They make your eyes look absolutely stunning!!!! I'm very satisfied. I already made my next appointment and look forward to coming back to Eunice! WASTE OF MONEY. As an individual who has been to several lash technicians , I am very unsatisfied with the lashes that I got. I felt as though the staff was very condescending and unprofessional. I had an appointment early in the morning and had Venmoed my $30 security deposit to hold my appointment. I was sick with a stomachache the night before, and ended up showing up late for my appointment in the morning. The staff claimed that they could no longer fulfill my appointment and I was incapable of receiving my deposit back. I understand company's policy with the cancellations as well as showing up late to appointments, but as a new customer, I thought it was completely unprofessional to not allow me to use the $30 deposit I initially made towards my second appointment. Even though I was frustrated, I proceeded to book another appointment two days after. I ended up getting a new set of hybrid lashes. They took around two hours to complete and I was not satisfied with the results. The lashes were NOT hybrid at all; they were more close to a classic set. The lash tech filled around 60% of my lashes. At the end, I ended up paying $154 (1st deposit $30, 2nd deposit $30, Hybrid lashes $80, tip $16) for my lashes and was completely unsatisfied.
