After applying false eyelash strips myself for many years (on weekends only) and after a lot of thinking I finally decided to try lash extensions. I had been thinking about it for a very long time but was very hesitant. I saw my friend's lashes and they looked amazing! So natural. She referred me to Sharay and I'm so thankful and happy she did. I got my lashes before I went on vacation and I was so happy with them. Three weeks later and my lashes still look amazing. I get complements from everyone. I love how easy it is to wake up in the morning, put on blush and lipgloss and head to work. No eyeliner or mascara needed. No eyeshadow. The lashes are enough! Sharay is a sweetie! She took her time to explain to me the types of looks she could achieve with my eye shape. I was booked for an hour and half to two hours and she spent three hours and 15 minutes on me because I have so many natural lashes and she wanted to make sure she filled each one. I really appreciate that she takes pride in her work and is so detailed. That resulted in a full set of lashes full of lots of volume. I was instantly in love with them. Girl...get your lashes done! I've been wanting to try out lashes and a good friend gave me a gift cert. for a full set for my 50th birthday. She gets her lashes done here and swears by them (and hers look great). I was sort of nervous, I just wanted natural looking lashes, I didn't want to "Look" like I had fake lashes on. I discussed what I wanted with Sharay and she went to work. I got a full set (takes about 2 hours). The result is long lush curled lashes. For older woman the curl of the lash gives your eye a much needed lift. I felt I could go out without wearing any makeup most days. I LOVE not having to wear mascara...and better yet not wake up with raccoon eyes even when you have washed your face. My lashes lasted a Long time. I pick and pull at my lashes so every time I have gone to them they have had a real challenge dealing with very compromised lashes. Broken, weak, missing, etc. They've always been very up front with me on what they can and can't do depending on the condition of my lashes. I hate to rain on everyone's parade but this was the worst experience ever! I scheduled an appointment with Sharee in the absence of the owner Latrice. You would think when one goes on vacation one would leave their 5 star business & reputation with someone who can provide comparable quality work. I was sorely mistaken! I've been wearing lashes professionally installed for the past 15+ years and these were the worst set of lashes since mankind. These lashes lacked fullness, volume, sophistication and more importantly skill. These lashes were so thin & sparsely applied you couldn't tell I was wearing any! My fiance is very complimentary & never complains but when he took one look at me he said "I thought you got your lashes done honey." As soon as I walked out of the door and the wind hit my face, my lashes started falling off. I gave a one star because Sharee had charisma. She would be a great greeter at Wal-Mart but need to leave the lash application to the professionals.
