My daughter was in today to see Dr Grischow for her annual appt. Kristin is special needs and although she tries to cooperate, she is sometimes a challenge. Shannon took us into the exam rm and did an interview, then ran her through all the initial exams and tests. I can't thank Shannon enough for her patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Everyone I've been in contact with has been friendly and my mother's eyes are in better shape now than they were before coming here. That said: my mother's appointment today was at 1:15. It's currently 3:00 and I can't pick up my children from school because she's still waiting to have a picture of her eyes taken. She's either in and out in no time or here so long it's a huge inconvenience, typically the latter unless she's lucky enough to have an early appointment scheduled. Please do better. This is why I go to a different provider for my vision issues. read more

I go for a thorough check up every year. Have since I was 6. The doctors at Eye Care are great. Dr. Wilson answered questions about aging eyes and explained what changes to be aware of. The staff will answer questions and suggest treatment for concerns. If necessary they will find you an appointment with another doctor. The doctors communicate with one another. read more

My family has Marfan syndrome, Eye care has taken excellent care of all our complications from this terrible disease. Dr Aye is excellent and has followed my care closely, I Miss Dr Gerrberry (retired) but i no longer wear contacts. Having a surgery unit right there is a relief and have done a great job and they have no problem referring me to Cleveland Retina for very complicated surgeries caused by Marfan's which is rare disease and makes eye more fragile then normal. That said I will not recommend Dr Wong since the 2 times I had to see him (my Dr's on Vac.) he was wrong on my diagnoses and dismissed my concerns . Everyone else has given me great care. The front desk has always worked w me on appointments. But sometimes I have to be firm with them when I have to see Dr. Aye ASP that day for 911 problems because of Marfan's. read more

This is the place to go for any eye problems..... Dr Aye and Dr. Ezrum are both amazing! We have seen both, Dr Aye usually and he has been spot on in diagnosing and fixing or eliminating problems. Dr Aye treats you like you are part of his own family.....extremely thorough and dedicated to what he does. He is an expert in his field. read more
