They sent us home with the second canvas that was incorrect and then refused to give us the third one because we didn't know we were supposed to bring back the incorrect one so they could cut it up and throw it away. They were printed well, they look fine, it was just an incorrect size. But, their customer service is atrocious. Just wanted to support local business, but I'd rather go back to online and be treated better.

They are good at what they do and are not afraid to refer you to someone else if they feel that a specialist is required. Recently he referred us to an office in Pocatello so our kids could see a pediatric dentist to help with their special needs. He has pulled one of my molars and I was pretty comfortable the whole time. I still have fillings from 4 years ago that I haven't had any issues with. They even have TV's with satellite setup to take your mind off of your time in the chair, you can even choose what you want to watch. Overall, they want to keep you comfortable and try to treat you right the entire time you are there and for as long as you are their patients.

His assistants are always so sweet and the ladies at reception are so efficient as well. I love that after just a couple visits, they knew who I was when I got there and they would just verify the info with me, let them know I was there, and within a few minutes someone would come out to get me. Dr. Schvaneveldt is so fun and such a jokester and I enjoy that I feel like I can joke around with him and that he doesn't feel that he has to be so buttoned up all the time. I believe that bedside manner is so important when you are picking someone for your care team and I am so glad that I picked Ridgeview when I was looking for someone that would take my insurance because Dr. Schvaneveldt is one of the most fun and caring dentists I have been to. ***As a side note...I read through all the previous reviews and I can't imagine Dr. Schvaneveldt EVER being the way some of the people that left 1-star reviews say he was. From the first shot my entire body was in distress. Of course I knew I would experience pain but this was outrageous. He was aggressive and I was showing extreme distress pulling my legs up off the chair and turning my face. He continued and did not stop even though I was bawling my eyes out. I went into fight or flight, freeze . I froze and was scared to death. I'm not one to not speak my mind but my mind and body went into trama mode. He never once showed any concern or asked if I was ok! Any dr. I've ever seen has stopped or showed comfort when in the slightest pain! I feel like he could care less about me as a human. After slamming the forth shot into me I finally found the courage to say I need a break! I told him whatever it took to get out of there! I felt I was not safe. He was irritated and short with me. I said I would reschedule knowing I would not. I left there shaking and could not see through tears and make up. I pulled out of the parking lot and parked across the street and called my daughter while shaking. My body trembled for four hours after and I was tramatized for weeks. Being rude and dismissive of patients pain and concerns is against his code of ethics and I'm sure he learned this in school but seems to not give a shit!!!!I my opinion only but I believe this guy is very mentally disturbed I finally found a loving caring dentist that started my process with the upmost care and professionalism.
