Dr. G was very nice and got everything knocked out in record time! I think my whole time in the office was maybe 10 minutes! They didn't pressure me at all to order glasses and even said my current pair are still good. I really appreciated that they were pushy at all when it came to that. I just said I needed my yearly eye exam, and they said cool. This is for sure going to be my new go-to spot for eye care.

I needed to replace my lenses for the same "spot" cracking, after the second time they admitted the measurements were incorrect this is why they cracked prematurely. However-they didn't volunteer any added time for inconvenience or add to the number of times being warranted. In addition-for customer service I had a pair of prescription sunglasses which were not dark enough. I didn't want to make the same mistake again, so I purchased them as dark as possible. I got a headache after first use- I googled and found out-if lenses are too dark it can cause eye strain with head aches. I would think if a customer is paying over $650 for lenses-you would offer that information so I could make an informed decision. Unfortunately I had to google this information and find out after the fact. it was a waste of $650- The staff is friendly -but if they were more educated to assist customers it would be much more appreciated.

They advertise 2 pair of glasses plus exam for $95.; 2 pairs with progressive lenses for $195. I had my prescription from my doctor who had recently done cataract surgery on me and I offered to keep my old frames and just buy the lenses but they said I'd have to give them my glasses for 2 weeks and pay an extra $20. handling fee. I was told where the cheapest frames were and a chose one (priced for $79.95). I was told to sit down and wait and when a salesman came over her first question was not "How are you?", but "Are you ready to check out". I said no. I needed information. She looked at my records from my first purchase from them a year ago and told me that I would owe $39., after my $250 insurance payment. I was told that insurance wouldn't allow me to get two pairs. I said fine. When I asked why it was $289. for one pair with cheap frames when they advertised two for $195., I was told that those were not good enough and I needed the same thing I got a year ago. I asked for the manager who was "out to lunch" at 3:30 pm. I left, called customer service who just gave me the same run around. I later called back for the manager who said her name was Adrianne. She never answered my questions. She said I was yelling at her and hung up on me. I'm filing every complaint I can because I believe they are practicing Deceptive Trade Practices which is illegal in Texas. They should be criminally charged for fraud, false advertising, and elder abuse!

Summary really loved the doctor however didn't love the selection at all…read more Selection: Being truthfully honest I chose this place from the pictures that I saw online it looks like it was going to be pretty and have a very large selection including some of the nicer more high end frames. As soon as I walked in and saw the selection and saw a plethora of empty spaces on the wall I knew that we were not gonna have any luck finding anything and unfortunately we're not able to order any glasses from there. Doctor: Doctor Pham however was a pleasure and it was super nice that she was able to get us in and we had a great time talking with her very relaxed no issues. She didn't force anything at all and it was a good experience I would expect to come back. Overall this just comes down to not having a lot of selection I don't know why but it was definitely more lower and items I didn't really recognize any of the names and my insurance does pay for a little bit nicer of a frame so I did want to utilize that benefit while I had it. Now after I had my lasik done, she helped me follow up with my lasik results in the most informative way. She will tell you not only your exam results but also will explain in details what those numbers or symptoms mean, what to expect & the approximate chances of any complication. She's very knowledgeable & patient with all the questions I have. She also makes the most technical terms on the exam results become so easy to understand. Truc is nice & willing to walk you through the whole glasses collection to ensure you will find the most suitable pairs! I also love how they always keep their office super clean & organized.
