It was such a warm welcome the moment we enter into the Science, in which the event was held. The staff was very informative about what went on during the school year, including Parent involvement. There were so many PROUD students walking across the stage(If you will) receiving CERTFICATE for all the hard they placed into 2 semesters. There was plenty of food, drinks, sweets and cakes and much more. We had the chance to see what they were doing in the Lobby on computers, showing off there work as well for 20 minutes. This is a Program that offers literally free learning, for HIGHER TECH EDUCATION. We love what YOU guys have done for us as whole family in learning Coding and other high tech skills; through our son. Keep up the AWESOME work. The WORLD needs to know ABOUT this experience. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and my experience there. I have been…read moretaking courses there since 2015. I am currently a licensed real estate appraiser assistant. Yes, things have changed over the years with the owners changing but the instructors and classes have remained the same. Cindy has been nothing but helpful every time I call or email her with a question or issue. I had no problem finding out what courses I took there and was also able to get a copy of a certificate I needed to send into the state. There is a fee for obtaining the copy but that is normal business practice. A college isn't going to send you your transcripts or a copy of your diploma free of charge so why would anyone expect this to be different. The courses are offered in a sequential order and sadly if those courses don't have the required minimum number of students they can be cancelled. Bob was gracious enough to let me sit in on a class I had already taken as a refresher to me taking the State exam. I look forward to taking more continuing education classes there in the future.

The prior owner, Frank was well thought out and meticulous on the course offerings and overseeing the student enrollment. The new owner, Bob Smith appears to be adrift in a sea of dementia. I paid for a course that was supposed to take place in February 2018, and I was notified less than a week before the course was to take place that it was canceled. Ok, these things happen. I will re-schedule. However, I was not prepared for not being reimbursed for the course fee, and then lied to 4 times on the phone that "the check was in the mail" to reimburse me. Bob Smith appears to be nothing more than a crook, a cheat, and a dishonest businessman. I strongly advise not taking any courses at The Professional Career Center.
