I could tell the person who would perform magic on my face was very experienced. Within less than 30 minutes she had transformed my eyebrows into perfection. Not only did she remove every hair (even invisible ones) with strings but tinted the remaining ones with perfection. My mom and I were planning a weekend in Santa Fe and always get a massage when we visit. I called Kerstyn a few days before our visit to see if she could fit my mom and I in for us both having a massage done at the same time. She was able to quicky get another massage therapist (female which I had requested) and called me to let me know that we could get in for an hour massage each. The day of the massage my mom and I arrived and met Kerstyn and Aubry who was the other massage therapist. My mom wanted deep tissue work and I selected traditional. There were two tables set up in the massage room which was fine with my mom and I as we have shared a room for double massages many times. Kerstyn worked on my mom and Aubry worked on me. The massages were WONDERFUL. My mom has had MANY massages in her life and stated that the deep tissue massage she got from Kerstyn was probably the best she ever had. I thought Aubry was wonderful and I fully enjoyed my massage. As I mentioned before, my mom and I have been to Santa Fe before and we have had massages at both Ten Thousand Waves and Bishop's Lodge and we both thought the massages we got with Kerstyn and Aubry were as good if not better than others. This spa doesn't have the hot tubs and spas and other things like some of the higher end places so if you are looking for that kind of experience you may be better off going to one of the larger spas. I didn't listen to the messages but the texts started as 'You missed your appointment' and soon swung to 'I just want to make sure you are okay, please call!' I mentioned it to her and she replied, "S#!t, I missed my appointment." She called back and apologized for missing her appointment and asked if there was any way to squeeze her in at some point during the next few days. He advised her that unfortunately that wasn't possible as he was all booked up, but if she could hustle over there now he would work late and get her taken care of. He was super nice about it, and said he had mostly just become worried that she was okay. No wonder why she likes this place so much. He did a fantastic job on her hair too.
