No one was there yet so I went back to my car and waited. At 10am I went up to the door again and still no one was there. I went back to my car and emailed the contact email from their website, and yet again, received no response. I waited in my car another 20 minutes and finally around 10:30am decided to head home. It was a disappointing experience, but I'm all for second chances thinking I'd get a call back a few hours later, however I did not. It's now been almost 5 days and I never received a call, text, or email response from them for completely missing my appointment. For that reason, I would not recommend. She had me stand at the computer as she was setting up the music and appointments and never apologized. I said I was feeling hesitant to do my appointment with them since she didn't apologize that I was waiting outside almost 20 minutes not sure if they were closed or canceled or what. She said they are all running late because it is Sunday. It is Sunday for me too. When I asked to cancel she said I'd have to pay for 100% of the service. She then called the owner and said I could talk to the owner when she arrived in a few minutes. The owner was going to get me started right away and didn't bring up the conversation. I explained my concerns and again she said I'd have to pay 100% of my service. Then ultimately the owner said that since my concern was petty she didn't want to deal with it and that I could cancel without paying. I explained my concern again and she confirmed that she finds it petty. This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a salon or elsewhere.

Between the humor and the hot towels plus the relaxing atmosphere, it was a great way to start our vacation. We had top-notch service and enjoyed the experience overall. We reserved the entire studio so my wife and I could get the royal treatment. Gentle massages and hot water on the feet and lots of wonderful oils and lotions to make the hands and feet feel wonderful Overall, nothing to complain about because we left the studio feeling like a million bucks!
