Had a great experience. They are busy and there was a wait but Pramila did a lovely job. Brows look good and threading wasn't painful.

There is nothing flashy or extraordinary about this establishment, it's basic, clean and simple. The wait is no more than 15 minutes, they clean the chair after each customer and they do a good job. Now if you've never had threading done be prepared...it hurts like hell BUT your eyebrows will look fabulous and it will last a while. Although it's called Eyebrowse they also do lips, chin and any other facial hair removal if you require such. Pricing is good also. For me to give 5 stars I like outgoing, friendly, polite and welcoming staff in addition to great service. With that said she said hello and half way smiled which is ok but not great! read more

If I could give zero stars, I'd be complaining about not being able to give negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE. These are simply Indian housewives who's husbands rent them some cheap space in the mall to keep them busy. I've had my eyebrows threaded for several years, all over this country (from San Fran to NYC). I know 2 things 1) my OWN eyebrows, and 2) a good threading job. I came here because it's conveniently located, and I've popped in once during a visit to Cincy and came out with a DECENT job before. I went in Thursday for a simple clean up. I have thick, angular brows (that means full, almost hockey-stick shaped brows). I have a full face, so full eyebrows are a must. The young girl assigned to do my brows looked no more than 20, was about 5 feet tall, and built like a small child. She was tiny. I'm describing her so you'll know who to STAY AWAY FROM if you're in a pinch and end up here even though I've warned you NOT TO GO HERE! Her instruction was as follows: "I want you to leave them thick, angular, and only clean up the stray hairs." That was it. Simple. Right? When I got out the chair, this chick had not only murdered my natural arch and given me a thin high "C" shaped arch, but she also ripped off my eyebrows from the inside. Essentially, my eyebrows now start in the MIDDLE of my eye, no longer at the bridge of my nose. She handed me the mirror and I wanted to strangle her! I was pissed. I told her, "you jacked my brows! I said 'clean' not 'completely reshape'!" That's when she started in talking about how my eyebrows were "too thin" and she was trying to make them "match" and that I asked her to clean and that's what she did. She even tried to tell me that whomever did them before had messed them up, and she was trying to fix them! Really? If they were so messed up, she should have said something about the 'state of my brows' BEFORE she put her raggedy hands on me. I told her so. All of a sudden, her poor work was everyone's fault but her own. She then started speaking Hindi to the other girl, being incredibly rude. That crap is not okay. I told her to speak English and talk that s#!t to my face. Then she had the nerve to say, "my English is not very good." B!t@# please. Your English was good enough to welcome me into the store, confirm my instruction, and argue with me when you messed up. I told her to "stop the bulls#!t, your English is fine." The other woman came over to look at them, and confirmed that she had effed up my brows. She apologized and told me that when they grow back, I can come in and they'd fix them. HELL NO. Then they tried to tell me that I didn't have to pay. YOU GOTDAM RIGHT I'M NOT PAYING. That wasn't even an option. To argue with a customer and blame your shoddy work on everything but yourself is adding insult to injury. Sometimes, you eff up. Own it. Apologize. Offer to have someone else repair. And have a few brow pencils in the back to make amends. This place is an EPIC FAIL. Just like my brows right now. read more

Finally a place where I can get my eyebrows threaded! I've been searching and searching and meanwhile waxing my brows until my good friend brought me here. With the exception of a semi-long wait time this place is awesome. We came on a weekday afternoon but I would imagine evenings and weekends are probably busier. There was only one girl working and one that was just watching her. My girl did great, I'm in love with my brow shape and for $8 I will certainly return! read more

This place is seriously just ok. That being said, I find myself coming back over and over. Why? Because I'm not about to drop 25+ bucks on a sub-par job at House of Brows, and the only other decent threading place around here was in some random Indian lady's apartment. So with the limited options and competition, Eyebrowse wins. I can just walk in, I've never waited more than 15 minutes, they work quickly, do a respectable job with the shaping, and have the lowest prices of any *legit* threading business in the Cincinnati area. I would have to agree with Shelley Marie. This place is cheap & there aren't enough threading places in Cincinnati--plus, these women know what they are doing. I used to get my done in CA 1-2x/month. This place kept mine thick but made precise lines and accurately matched them. I was very impressed and very excited about the pricing. read more

I've been going here for YEARS! I have thick eyebrows and I've tried everything in the area as far as eyebrow waxing/ threading is concerned. This is the place to go to. I give only four stars because the actually facility/ salon could be nicer, or more intimate. It's very out in the open, so people in the mall are able to walk by and watch, which I'm not crazy about. A lot of people complain about their result, they either took too much off or not enough. If it's anything I've learned over the years with getting my eyebrows threaded is you HAVE to talk to them and tell them what you really want. My style is thicker brows, so I tell them EVERYTIME, "not too much off, just cleaning them up." They deliver every time, and it's cheap. What else can beat that? read more
