Then I went online to order and you need a PD to fill the prescription (which is the bridge of your nose distance) I called office because that was not listed on my script. They said they didn't take that measurement and I would have to go to somewhere to get it taken. I said I told the assistant I was ordering glasses online and they should have takes all the measurements. They stated "Well we Didn't" So now I have to go somewhere else and pay again. I complained and the receptionist didn't care, say come back we will take it I got nothing from her. Bad Business.

I knew getting her an immediate replacement was going to be nearly impossible, especially without her being there. I desperately called YVC since we are patients there and they told me to come right down to assess the damage of the frame. Lucky for me, the gentlman that helped me said her lenses were good but the frame was beyind repair. He patiently looked and found a similar size and color frame and was able to put the lenses in the new frame!!!!! Recently I picked up my new glasses. From the moment I put them on I suspected there was a problem…read more They gave me severe double vision. The girl told me to wait and put them on the next day since I had been wearing my other glasses. I ignored that advice and put them on when I got home. After 4 hours of torture, I took them off. The next morning I tried again. I wore them for several hours, but had to change to my old prescription when I drove as the double vision made it unsafe. I called and was told to wear them for at least a week. I tried to explain how bad it was and that it was dangerous, but the sweet girl just kept saying, "I understand," and not inviting me to come in. After a couple more hours of hell, I looked closely at the lenses of my old vs new glasses and there was a definite difference. I called back, got another girl who this time gave me an appointment. When I arrived I got the same girl who helped me the previous day. She is the reason I am writing this review. Unfortunately, she never said her name. When I explained that I was having a serious problem seeing out of the glasses, her attitude became rude and dismissive. She said, "Weren't you just here yesterday?" in and angry tone. I explained how bad it was and tried to show her the difference in the lenses. I said, " There should be a prism in the lenses." She snapped at me, There IS a prism in them!" I held my ground while she searched her computer for what I do not know. She seemed intent on proving me wrong. I asked if there was a machine she could use to check the prescription and see if the prism was correct. She finally went back to look. Fortunately Glenn appeared at that point (if you go there, insist on having him help you with your glasses) after a while, she came back and told me Glenn said they were sending the glasses back to the lab. I asked if they had the prism in them and she replied (I kid you not!), "I don't know. I don't know how to check." The story has a happy ending. The glasses came back with obviously different lenses and I could instantly see out of them. I wore them driving home. But the way I was dismissed and disrespected has shaken my faith in this practice. I have had more glasses than years that girl has been alive. Eye glasses serve one purpose - to help you SEE. Brushing off a patient and telling them to wear glasses for "at least a week," is dangerous!

just had my second cataract surgery at Tri County surgery in Southampton. my first eye surgery went…read morevery well, this was even better. first was a pleasant surprise as I got a call "asking me " if I would like to come in early, as they were running ahead of time. when I arrived I was prepped for surgery within 20 minutes. I was greeted with a friendly smile and " Hello" from every member of the staff.Then my team of prep nurses, Jen R and Jen M had me quickly and perfectly ready , I never even felt the IV being inserted. My nurse from the first eye surgery, Katlyn, came by and said hi, how are you. My operating room nurses, Dana and Lori introduced themselves giving me clear and professional explanations and directions. Doctors are always friendly and pleasant and introduce themselves. Nurses Jen R & Jen M took over , explained post operative instructions, and helped me safely into my husbands waiting car. Big thanks to everyone there

Dr. was ok, but told me things that the staff…read moresaid were not true(rudely) like come back if your eyes are still bothering you and we will do a simple procedure to unclog the tear duct, ok so I tried to make an appointment to return after about 10 days or so and they said it would be 3 weeks away, I explained that, that is not what the Dr. said, about the wait, so then I asked for some sort of drops which he prescribed. After I finished the drops, my eyes went back to bothering me to the point it was affecting my driving and computer work, I called back again and explained that the drops only worked temporarily so I needed to make the appointment for the procedure, and the staff said that Dr. Sucheski doesn't do that procedure??? after he said the words "do a procedure" Which again I told the nurse! Then she said "oh yeah, its funny wording" and I would need to see another Dr. WHAT?!? Needless to say I will never go back to that practice.
