Dr. Patterson was able to remove the debris quickly and I suffered absolutely no discomfort. The total cost of the procedure was $50, even after I told them I didn't have insurance. After suffering through 2 days of dealing with the pain and blurred vision I would have paid them $500. I now know who to call if I ever have another emergency involving my eyes.

Once get called to see technician/doctor is your typical times you'd experience any doctor office. Customer service friendliness is pretty good; my total time for LASIK consult was about 2 hrs. This is a high volume center for persons mostly older clientele so this wait time would probably be about the average. There is a small frame selection opposite first wait lobby. By the end of the day, heart Dr nurse said she sent it. Eye Dr said no. 2 weeks texted nurse finally they said they received the clearance, but my potassium is low and they need to take a blood test to check it, someone will call me within 2 hours. That was a week ago. Still, no one called. I got a text asking me to fill out forms, I went to My Chart and no forms are there for me to fill out. Since July 22, I have called for an appt. 6 times, heart Dr sent 4 clearance, I have written to Dr. Green a typed letter on what I have gone through and he will not answer me. I have paid for my laser surgery and still haven't had it. I am tired of them saying they will call and they dont call me. I am tired of waiting for this Dr to do the surgery like he told me I needed or I will be blind by the end of the year. Right now today is my birthday and I have not received anything from this eye Dr. for the last week like they promised someone would call me. No one will help me, no one will talk to me, they will not call me. I am pissed, frustrated and confused on how they are handling my case.
