Jennifer is an extremely knowledgeable optician who correctly had three sets of glasses made for me. She helped with selection and adjusted a complicated prescription so I read perfectly and fit them to my face . She's extremely knowledgeable on the math and angles for a perfect fit. Fred also was very helpful and patient in assuring the prescription was correct and consulting with my Doctor on it. Apparently my Rx was filled correctly, but the measurements were wrong. After Pearl Vision denied that anything was wrong I went back to Paramus OB (it is part of my ophthalmologist's practice) and Irene re-measured me and pointed out the errors. Something was very wrong with the prescription from Dr Liva's office across the hall, and/or the alignment of lenses to my eyes. If I had wanted to work with my head at an angle all day, well then they would have barely serviceable, but definitely not good.
