Spent a lot of money and it didn't help, ended up throwing away my glasses cause they made my vision worse. Noticed I really needed to get them checked again and some friends recommended me here, best decision ever. Connie is the best, I could tell when I talked to her on the phone they really care about people and providing a great service, it's not about money. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Talamo is very thorough and is not in a rush. He makes you feel comfortable and never makes you feel like you are a bother. You know by the end of the exam you got the best quality exam ever. He explains everything well and is very kind, respectful and has a good sense of humor. What I love about here is he actually lets you see what your prescription will be like and what you can expect when you get glasses. They are honest and don't push you to buy just to make a profit. Also when your glasses come in he takes the time to size them to your face where they are so comfortable you barely notice them. Connie was so helpful with helping me pick out glasses, she had great recommendations but was never pushy, the perfect balance. I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket and it was very reasonable, can't complain at all. Your appointment will take longer than other places but it is so worth the time. I will be a lifelong customer that's for sure.

Awful experience. Frequently not there during posted hours, even after leaving work early and…read morephoning ahead. Other staff at the store has said that they frequently go on break 30 minutes before they are to close for the day, and other times they just go home early without notifying anyone. Waited an hour the other day while staff paged and searched for the optical staff, who apparently went home but left all the lights on and packages stacked up. We were then informed that they are getting a new company in January to take over due to the poor performance of the current company and staff. Hopefully it's better, and the staff is replaced.
