Easily one of the best customer experience I've ever received in any capacity. Young men named Victor, refreshing dealing with someone who knew exactly what he was doing & actually gave us absolute confidence in our order being placed correctly. Selection is big, price ranges for all. They work with insurances & have great discounts if you don't have insurance. My daughters glasses were done in under an hour & they even offered to stay open so we get them that same day. We used to go to Walmart because they do have better prices but their selection is bleak & their customer service is absolute garbage. Takes 2-3 weeks to receive your glasses there & mistakes were made on our order on top of the wait. Eyemart Express will be our place from now on for new glasses. read more

Lenses looked liked they where done by a amateur, had to reorder them a third time, and to make matters worse, now I have to go back cause I got home and saw they broke my glasses with all that handling they did, that's the first and last time I ever go to any eyemart express. read more

I went for a new prescription. The place was packed when I arrived for a 3:00 appointment. By the time I was called for my appointment everyone who was in the waiting room had been given service. We left at 5:00 pm with my new prescription. After being put off until everyone else had been serviced, then told I was last because I took so long to fill out the paperwork which wasn't necessary for others who were taken back, the integrity of the employees was apparently lacking. I took my 92 year old uncle into EYEMART EXPRESS to get different glasses because the ones we had bought a couple of months before seemed too heavy for his face and kept sliding down his nose. I had no hope of it being an easy process because at his age it's really hard to please him. Much to my surprise and delight a young lady named Sarah came to my rescue. She was very knowledgeable and savvy about the entire process and ten minutes later we were walking out the door smiling and returned in 40 minutes and the glasses were ready! And the best part was that we weren't charged for the new glasses or the process of getting the lenses switched out , nothing!! The glasses had a warranty(we didn't even realize this till Sarah told us) and we are very satisfied customers and yes we will definitely use this business for our future needs and we will ask for Sarah to help us if possible! read more

Horrible . If I could give negative stars I would . My fiancé waited there for over 2 hours to get a new pair of glasses and couldn't wait any longer and had to leave back to work . I went in for him signed in and waited 45 mins just so people who walk in the door could be waived over and helped before anyone else . Not just that .. a gentleman who worked there called a Spanish speaking costumer over asked a question and the elderly man didn't quite under stand because he didn't speak English and the man said "yes " and the employee says " YES?? I would love to provide a negative 5 stars, but this program doesn't allow it. This morning at 10:30 my husband dropped off two pairs of my glasses to have the warranty eyeglass replacement I paid for last year. We were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to have the work done. When 3 o'clock rolled around and we still hadn't heard, we called. The phone rang incessantly, and finally a recording advised no one answered "Good bye". So we went into the store. There were about 20 people there, and only 2 people working. The phone kept ringing and was never answered. People came in, waited, and then left. I stayed. About an hour later, I was told my glasses weren't ready, and we were told it would take 5-10 days to get them back. So much for 45 minutes to an hour. There is no excuse for them not to have more people, no excuse to lie to customers, and no excuse to take 5-10 days for replacement lenses. Their ad reads "The Styles You Want And Quality You Need With Same-Day Service. " It is beyond me how they are able to commit fraud and get by with it. So we get our annual eye exams at the optometrist next store and have bought glasses here a few times over the last 6 years but my son who just turned 20 came in to get his new glasses and the female who waited on him was rude and actually gave him grief for still being on "his mother's insurance", then made comments about the fact that his grandparents helped pay for his glasses! What the hell difference does it make if he's still on my insurance at 20?! Children are eligible to stay on a parents insurance until they are 26 or can get insurance through their employment! And who cares how the glasses got paid for?! My dad did that as a gift to my son!! You made my kid feel like garbage and we will never be back. If Corporate offers Customer Service training, it is desperately needed here. read more

I'm visiting from California. My 3 yr old enjoys pulling and playing with my glasses. they are held together barely. I have my prescription. I figure I'll stop in and see what they can do. 2 great pairs of glasses, in 2 hours. (Bifocals) very very affordable. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, fun people. I now have 2 NEW pairs of glasses, for about 1/4 what I paid back in CA. I'm hoping there is an eyemart express out CA way. I highly recommend these folks read more

Just left this place and called their Corp office in Farmers Branch. I was in the store with no other customers and not greeted or waited on. I had my script in hand and a pair of frames. Another man and woman enter and they are greeted by the 3 employees. I approached an employee and asked why had I not been waited on and of course, she had a smart mouth and did nothing but cause more of a problem. No doubt it's an age issue. All I can say, I wish her a better person that she is on the other side of the counter when she is my age and treated this way. Very typical for this smart mouth generation. I'll never go back. I'm sure the 888 number I called will do no good. Spend your money where it is appreciated. I went right down the road and spent 700$ for two pair but treated with respect. read more

LIARS!!! Very disappointed in Eye Mart Express. Went there yesterday to get my prescription updated, I wanted to use the same frames I had since they were still in good shape and I like them. Employee said I have to check with Lab manager. Of course she comes back and tells me they can't use my same frames because the left side was loose. She then proceeded to show me frames any where from $89.00 to 199.95. I decided to try else where went to 2 other places BOTH told me my frames were fine and yes I can still use them! I find this type of deception in very poor taste, will NOT return to EyeMart. Do yourself a favor and go to the other side of the parking lot to Budget Optical you will be treated with dignity and respect and not like your an idiot who doesn't know any better. G.L. I have previously used eyemart to get glasses and they were wonderful but today I went in and they were extremely rude as soon as I walked in the door. Wouldn't even listen to me or let me talk. One person ruins this whole experience for us. Kasi Lynn is the rudest person and has NO customer service skills at all. She was joking around making fun of the Christian music that was playing in the store and saying she didn't need Jesus in her life!?!?! She scoffed at another customer that came in to get her glasses adjusted because she felt they were crooked. Then she got rude with my husband because she wanted our child to sit in a chair. Christine whom waited on us was wonderful and very helpful but it is a shame that we had to listen to such a rude person in the background of our experience and eyeglass purchases. We bought 4 pairs and I was ready to leave as a fast as I could because of this Kasie Lynn. She would be better suited to work at a truck stop than a professional office environment. read more

I waited about 30 minutes to be helped because there were a lot of customers but it was worth it considering the service and having my glasses ready within the hour. read more

I had a great experience at Eyemart Express. I purchased two pairs of glasses and one was ready that day. The girl that helped me was super nice too. She even went out of her way to find the old frames I had purchased a few years prior. I was struggling to pick my second pair of frames and she told me that they had my old frames in stock. I went in to look at a deal that was offered on TV, 2 pairs of glasses for $33, the selection of glasses for the deal was minuscule and the commercial didn't mention such a strict limit. I typically buy from Zenni so I suppose I am a bit biased. In addition they were quite understaffed for the amount of people in the store. There were at least four people looking for glasses and only two people working, one of which was in and out between the store and adjacent eye doctor's office. The lady barely looked up from the others she was helping to welcome us. We were supposed to be put on a list to wait. Later the other lady came to ask if we were another person who was on the list, at which point we said we weren't even put on the list at all. Though I did get on the list, others were helped who came in even after we were on the list who were helped before we were. Annoyed by the poor service and limited selection I walked out empty-handed. read more

I just read Charles S. review from San Jose Cal. about Eyemart. Well things have surely changed in the past year. My wife and I were at the same business location yesterday and we did not have the same wonderful experience that she did. First, we signed in on their call sheet upon entering, they were supposed to call our name to be served when our time came. After patiently waiting and listening for our name to be called we noticed other people coming in after us were being called. My hearing maybe a little low but I can assure you that my wife's is not. After questioning one of the rude people who was supposed to be working there we found that our name had been crossed out and they were moving on. After finally getting past that hurdle the second problem came up. one of their advertising gimmicks is " If you want to use your frames on your glasses that you are replacing , no problem ! " . The rude attendant who was supposed to be working there told my wife that it could not be done. My wife standing firm and insisting that it would be done finally got through to the attendant who was supposed to be working there and she reluctantly said that it could be done. My thoughts on this is the people who work there are programed to push and sale all they can regardless if we need it or not. After getting pass that hurdle comes the next . Another one of their advertising gimmicks is " One hour service ! " . For get it !. That is not going to happen ! We were told to come back in four hours and the glasses would be ready . So we did. Now comes the next hurdle. After returning we have to sign in again, we are back to square one again. All we wanted was to pick a pair of glasses that had already been paid for. Not going to happen! We had to wait for them to wait on all the other customers to be examined and fitted for glasses before they could hand us a pair of glasses. Looks to me like if they had the service they brag about there would be some one there specifically for that purpose. After thinking about this for a moment I came to the conclusion, they already have my money why should they concern them selves with how long I have to wait . I mean after all , I am there for their convenience, they are certainly not for mine. I do not know why but for some reason I thought we were the only people there who were being treated this way . Well , we were not, during our long waiting periods we met and talked to some very nice people who were experiencing the same problems as we were and some even more . That did make me feel a little better, I thought it was just us that they did not like. If I were to rate this place on a scale of one to ten , I would have to rate it a one. How ever if you have nothing else to do and you have a lot of time and money to waste and like others being rude to you this may be the place for you.
