The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They are very helpful and thorough with the glasses and contact process. I highly recommend

Blake Williams is an awesome optometrist but as far as the entire business, buyer beware! They bill your insurance incorrectly so they will be paid in full whatever they choose to bill you for. This practice is known as balance billing or double dipping. There are laws against this unethical act. Providers are contracted to certain charges according to the insured plan. They do not bill your insurance correctly so you end up with a denial from your insurance that they expect you to just pay, no questions asked. Well not this girl I ask a lot of questions and don't stop with a simple "It's your insurance". My insurance company explained in detail what my coverage was and what I should have been charged. Unless you have disposable money I would never buy glasses there. Horrible business ethics! read more

I'm disappointed that I can no longer come after years of having contact and eye exams. I was told I have to go to Marshall for my exams and glasses. This does not make sense. I live in Longview. Glasses WAY overpriced. Left messages with "contact department" for a simple refill on contacts. No return call. Staff not super friendly. Will go with another eye doctor when RX runs out. read more

Dr. Burnett was so professional, one of the best eye doctors I've visited. She is very thorough in explaining everything, and has a very welcoming personality. All of the staff members I encountered had great customer service. The new office on Judson is awesome! Definitely recommend Dr. Burnett for your next eye exam! read more

I had my first appoint here today and was very impressed! The staff is all friendly and helpful. They are also very affordable, and have a cool machine they use to take a picture of your eyes so they don't have to dilate you, which is awesome I highly recommend them! read more

I'm so disappointed in their cancellation process. I tried to call on Friday to cancel my appointment for Monday due to unforeseen circumstances, but the phone just kept ringing. I received an appointment reminder call on Saturday which said to choose option 1 to confirm my appointment or option 2 to speak to a representative. When I chose option 2, it went to a recorded call stating no one was available on the weekend. When I finally got through after trying 3 times this morning, the person I talked to said I would have to pay a $50 fee in order to reschedule. I understand if I called on the day of, or if I didn't try to respond to the appointment reminder, but that wasn't the case. If there isn't anyone available to take my call on Saturday, why didn't they send out the reminder on Friday? Why don't they have an option to reschedule? I like the doctors there, but I refuse to pay a $50 fee for something that was not my fault, so I'll be finding someone else. read more

Called to make an appointment and the girl I talked with was not friendly at all. I would say a little abrasive. I made the appointment but had to cancel about 10 hours before the appointment. I sent a text concerning the cancellation and this is the reply I received: "Sounds great. We look forward to hearing from you to reschedule your appointment. Have a great day." So I called back to reschedule and this time the girl was really abrasive. She claimed I had not cancelled the appointment. She chastised me for not giving them 24 hour notice. So I was in the wrong I suppose in that. But she then acted like she was not going to let me reschedule. She reluctantly rescheduled my appointment. After considering how I was treated I came to the conclusion that my business needed to be taken elsewhere. I called back and cancelled. Me and my family have been going to Dr Little for years and he has always been great. I have also been seen by Dr Ward and he was very good as well. I guess some people just have a different way of looking at things. I first saw Dr Little probably 30-40 years ago so I am really more saddened by this incident than angry. read more

I purchased a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses after getting an eye exam here. The exam was great. Everything went bad from there. When the glasses came in 3weeks later they snapped in half when I was trying them on at there facility. They had to reorder them so I had to wait another two weeks. During this wait the sunglasses came in and they called me to say the sunglasses weren't right so they have to send them back and reorder them. Another two weeks go by and they call me to say they are wrong again and have to reorder them again. I ask for a refund and my prescription so I can move on and get the elsewhere and am told they will mail me a check and the prescription. So I am waiting again for snail mail. I will never step foot in this place again. What a joke at my expense. read more

I got an appointment fairly quickly but when I went in for my exam the person acted liked she knew what I was seeing during my exam and started giving answers for me. I asked her to slow down. Felt like she wanted to hurry through the whole process. Ready to find some place else. read more
