His careful attention to my problem has gone above and beyond what you might expect with doctors these days. I have advanced glaucoma, and he makes sure with every visit that I am thoroughly checked. His team of assistants are always incredibly kind, and I appreciate their personal touch in regards to how they treat their patients. .Had I not found Dr. Jones, I may have not realized how serious my problem is and I would surely be losing my eyesight without even realizing it. I was quite comfortable in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere until management decided to call an employee to task for a really minor infraction while I was sitting there. The manager did not get up and come over to tell the employee quietly that she'd made an error. She berated her in front of everyone. I was impressed with how that employee shook it off and continued to smile, because I was still annoyed hours later. But my experience with Mayra outweighed everything else so I'm still giving 5 stars. Also, the other two employees were friendly as well, and smiled often. It was just the manager that made me feel ill at ease.

When I called to tell them my eyes were really strained and that text was blurry, they told me to come back in for another exam. I had a different doctor and a different and better prescription. They are charging me for the new contacts because the other box with the incorrect prescription was opened. Even though they never gave me the correct trial pair! I will never go back! It was highly unprofessional to cancel as late as they did, but I understand life happens and was willing to give them another chance. I was (unknowingly) rescheduled for a day that a doctor is only available virtually, which meant my daughter wouldn't be able to get contacts since it's her first time for those. Had they verified what kind of appointment was needed, this could have been avoided. I was told to reschedule for another day and when I told the receptionist that I was out of town that day, she shrugged her shoulders and said that's when the dr is in. They also told me my insurance was not accepted, but when I verified through my insurance, I was told that establishment DID accept my insurance! This business does not value the customer, which is made clear by the apathetic attitude and unwillingness to meet the minimum standard.
