Nonetheless I left confident that I would look good for the upcoming event fast forward to the next day( day of event) and I'm having to rush back in to get a repair. Only after I refused to pay the fee stating per protocol that my lash was covered was the manager contacted. My lash was replaced. Less than 24 hours after the replacement my lash was lifting again. The owner was contacted and rudely stopped responding when asked to rectify the situation caused by faulty service given in her location.

They wash your hair, scrub your scalp, and put on a tingling peppermint treatment while they steam your hair and then iron it out with a hot comb and straightener. The guy ( who didn't speak English) used a very course emery board and sawed the first two nails down to the quick despite two interventions saying I didn't want them short. I told him to stop and they brought in someone else, who kept trying to make re-shape my nails to make them look like daggers. These people don't know what the hell they are doing. I finally told them to just charge me for a gel polish removal and just STOP. Horrible experience and my nails look like hell because they cannot file straight (they file with one side of your nail longer than the other so that it looks like Gumby's head). Ugh.
