Everything! Let me start with I had never seen this doctor nor visited Eyes on Main before.... I experienced some loss of vision in one eye over the weekend, so I frantically called and left a message explaining my situation. The first thing Monday morning they called and got me in immediately with Dr. Moyer! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice and especially about Dr. Moyer! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome! I highly recommend Eyes on Main!! read more

Getting new glasses is rarely a good experience for me. Eyes on Main in Findlay made it pleasurable with their welcoming staff, patient doctors and the opticians, especially Julie, working with me until I was satisfied with my prescription and fit. I know I am a difficult patient but none of them ever made me feel that way. If you're looking for all this plus the best selection of fashion frames, you will not be disappointed at Eyes on Main. read more

I am very impressed with Eyes on Main! I only shopped for glasses and did not get an eye exam. They have a wonderful selection of frames. It was so nice to have so many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and they have a great second pair deal. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Billing Practices Paid the bill after my initial office…read morevisit, before I got the glasses. Then after I got the glasses I got billed again for something extra that Medicare doesn't cover or my insurance. Then I noticed a financial charge on the original one that had a finance charge of over $10??? I would definitely advise anyone who goes to Finley optometry clinics in any city(this one was in Willard) to go through the written, typed, bill with a fine tooth comb in Great Detail. I was Not Aware About the Willard Optometry place being connected with Finley optometry clinic???

Great service! Everyone always makes our kids feel very at ease. As a parent, I appreciate the staff listening to my concerns and patiently answering my questions. Nice selection of frames for both adults and kids. We are also happy to use the Optomap technology and avoid the eye drops. If we are lucky, we catch a glimpse of the dog which always makes the kids happy! read more
