At times her hands were covering my face...horrible. Pulled my bottom lip down and was aggressively scraping my teeth. I had three appointments there within a two week period and each was a nightmare. Appointment one was for a consult. 45 minute wait in waiting room for a 5 minute consult with doc. Appointment two, 50 minute wait for a 40 minute procedure. Appointment three was a 55 minute wait in waiting room room for a 60 second checkup by doc. Seriously? They have been in business for several years. They should know how schedule patients by now! Who's to blame? The docs for scheduling too many patients to increase $$$$ for them, or the office staff for not knowing how to to schedule patients? If I'm ever in need of the services that they offer (which I hope I never am) I will seriously consider another provider. Their operation is ridiculous! The patient's time is as valuable as theirs.
