I've bought a few things from this site and I've never had an issue. It's a great place to find cheap items.

Wow! Who knew Arizona had such an amazing memorabilia store. This place is absolutely huge! If you…read moreare looking for an autographed piece of memorabilia you will probably find it here. They have a wide variety of autographed media. Sports, movies, bands as well as historical autographed pieces, this is my go to local business for autographed gifts. Autographed items come with a COA from industry leading authentication experts such as Beckett Authentication Services, PSA/DNA, and James Spence Authentication. Today I purchased two Christmas gifts. A Taylor Swift autograph framed piece of memorabilia for my daughter and a Shaquille O'Neal autographed jersey for my son-in-law. I truly do enjoy purchasing from CBU Auctions and have done so for the past eight years. I first stumbled across them when the Majestic Movie Theater was called the Alamo. They had a display table in the lobby of the theater that featured autographed memorabilia. My husband is a huge 49ers fan so we bid on a Jerry Rice Helmet and won it. That's when I found out not only do I get a wonderful certified piece of autographed memorabilia at a great price, but a portion of the proceeds go to a reputable charity. It just doesn't get any better than that. You can still find their memorabilia in Majestic theaters. You can also make purchases online. In one of my pictures below, you can see a screenshot of their home page. At the top of the screenshot, you will see their email address. https://store.cbuauctions.com. Thank you to CBU Auctions and their wonderful staff for always providing reputable products and fantastic service!

Helpful, polite staff on the occasion I was here picking up…read more Note to others, if you're not a member you can't come in until noon. Members have access at 10 a.m. You order your items on the website and have three (3) days to pick up your purchases. Most... ALL? items are Amazon returns. Quality/condition can be questionable. So be aware of that. Item could be missing parts, damaged, inoperable. Item could be perfectly fine as well. The auction site gives you the option of paying a fee to sorta guarantee your purchase of said item and that allows you five days to return. Find things you need/want/could use/wanna share with a family/friends. Its sort of a new way to reuse/repurpose/recycle. And the price may be better than you could have ever imagined.

My son spent his hard-earned money on what was advertised as a LEGO set, only for us to get it home…read moreand discover that it is clearly a generic knockoff brick set and not LEGO at all. To make matters worse, the imitation set is worth less than what we actually paid for this piece of garbage. If an item is advertised and sold as LEGO, customers should receive a genuine LEGO product--not a generic imitation. This is misleading and unacceptable, especially considering this was an open-box item that MAC.BID physically handled and had the opportunity to inspect. This was our first experience with MAC.BID, and so far it has been extremely disappointing. The only response I've received is that it's my issue and they are covered by their open-box policy. That's not the issue. The problem isn't that the item was open box but that it was falsely advertised and a counterfeit product was sold as LEGO. Along with the fake LEGO set, we also received a busted, unusable waffle maker and a broken umbrella.

Very professional group! Quick checkout…read more Great estate sale. Definitely can tell that they have been doing business for 30+ years.

As I knew he would do eventually because he does it with almost every one-star review (there are so…read moremany of them!), Bo Patrick came along and whined that he had somehow been mistreated by clients deeply unhappy with his service. Our contract with Fidelity stated that the sale would include artwork. It did not specify oil paintings. We did ask Fidelity to auction artwork, and all the artwork we wanted to offer for sale was photographed weeks ahead of the auction by Fidelity's employees or agents. To be clear: WE DID NOT ALLOW FIDELITY TO PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE AUCTION ANY ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS OR ADVERTISE THEM FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE. In his reply to my original review, Bo claims that "The day before the auction [my family] removed $20,000 in artwork and now you are upset because we charged you a commission to do that but that's exactly what the contract allows us to do." First of all, it's quite a shock to read that we owned artwork worth $20,000, because that's not what Bo told us at the time. He gave us a much more modest assessment of the paintings' value. Second, regardless of the worth of the paintings, that is not what happened. I don't know if Bo's memory is so poor that he cannot recall the events of his sale with us, if he is so lazy that he did not bother to check the facts, or if he is sufficiently deficient in honesty that he doesn't care about the facts. But his account is wrong. Bo knew that the oil paintings would not be for sale. We had a Zoom meeting with him and Kelsee more than three weeks before the auction in which he tried to persuade us to let Fidelity sell the oil paintings and our father's home; thank God we never seriously entertained the idea of letting him sell the house. But we told him immediately after the Zoom meeting that we had decided against selling the oil paintings. When Bo originally talked to us about the paintings, he wanted to have an online auction, so that people all over the world could bid on them. But that never happened, because we told them weeks ahead of time that the oil paintings would not be included. Again, to be clear: WE DID NOT ALLOW FIDELITY TO PHOTOGRAPH FOR THE AUCTION ANY ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS OR ADVERTISE THEM FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE. You cannot believe anything Bo says. He whines that he "had buyers from all around Arizona and other states drive-in for those paintings.... When they arrived, they were very upset with us as an Auction firm.... You affected our reputation that day big time." But if Bo had people traveling from out of state to bid on items we told Bo were not for sale and did not let Fidelity photograph or advertise for the auction, well, that sounds very suspect to me. It is by no means our fault if Bo advertised for sale things he knew would NOT be for sale. We did not affect his reputation--HE did. If people were upset with him that day, it is entirely his fault. Bo won in our lawsuit against Fidelity not because the contract let him charge a commission (the judge agreed that it was a very badly written contract and did not redound to Bo's favor) but because, as I stated before, at the hearing, the judge allowed one and only one witness to speak: Bo's partner Kelsee Wirtjes. Please read my original review to see what happened next. In the time since I posted my original review, Fidelity has received two more five-star reviews, but three more one-star reviews. Their previously poor rating is even worse now--and it's entirely their own fault. The crucial point remains the one with which I concluded my original review: Why would you hire an estate sale company who is so disliked by most people who have hired it? Learn from our mistakes. Stay away from Bo Patrick. Don't believe his unctuous denials. However much he tries to shift the blame for his bad reviews to the people foolish enough to hire him, the fact nonetheless remains that most people who hire him to run an estate sale are extremely unhappy with his services.

Also, the financial aspect of dealing with cash requires the utmost in honesty. I'm so relieved to have found EstateSalesAZ! My parent's house was VERY full of everything collected over the lifetime of having a family. A husband who loved audio/video equipment and enjoyed having every tool and power equipment. A wife with hobbies and a hesitancy to throw anything away. The home was wall to wall with furniture and household items. An estate sale seemed overwhelming and we knew we needed to find an estate sale company. After interviewing 5 different types of estate sale companies which included online auctions, in-person auctions, consignment sale companies, buy-outright companies, and traditional estate sale companies...we carefully decided to hire EstateSalesAZ. We were impressed with their straight-forward flat fee pricing with no hidden costs. Other companies wanted to nickel and dime for every small item...not this company! Everything was included in their flat fee...credit card transaction fees, handling donations, garbage removal, clean-out and clean-up at the end. The owner, Joe Cestaro, is efficient and high energy. He went through the whole house to sort, organize and stage. He came with all the tables, he set up quickly and it all looked amazing when ready. He was smart about prices and researched those that he didn't know. He was personable and you could tell that the customers at the sale really liked him. He ran the sale on-time each day. He advertised all over the internet and it all lead to a great turn-out. He sold items that we never thought in a million years would sell...and for prices we never believed he would get...but he did! The sale was a huge success, almost everything sold and we made more money than we ever expected. At the end of the sale, everything was out of the house...just as promised. Walking in...I couldn't believe it was vacuumed, mopped, super clean and even smelled lemon-fresh! The only negative I could comment would be that Joe had a few equipment glitches with his computer and printer but he worked around the issues and was able to fix them quickly. I also think he could have used a little more help on the first day of the sale...his advertising and signs worked almost too good...people were everywhere! But, I'd say that was a high-quality problem to have as I was happy and relieved to see the big turnout. I am a happy customer and will be telling everyone I know about my experience...one of the reasons I'm leaving this review for others to see.
