One thing to keep in mind is that it has fewer pumps than some of the larger Costco gas stations, so the wait can drag a little longer, especially when it's busy. That said, once I got to the pump, everything was smooth and easy. The lines moved along, the station was well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what I've come to expect from Costco. Nothing complicated--just convenient, reliable, and a great place to fuel up while I was already in the area. I'd definitely stop here again, just knowing I may need to allow a little extra time for the line.

My experience with Lawrence and Victor prior to installation was great. They made a lot of promises…read moreand guarantees about things we wanted and made us feel confident in their abilities despite less than perfect reviews (blamed on previous employees). We picked out slabs and asked to see templates of the slabs before they were finalized and cut (we never received pictures or any correspondence about what pieces were coming from where). We were told all of our counters would be once piece and that the grain of the stone would flow from our bar down to the slab where the sink is (a peninsula). Come install day and 4 or 5 people came in and did quick work of getting the old counters out and the new ones in, took them less than 5 hours (kitchen and two bathrooms). Unfortunately the speed shows in the quality of work. First and foremost we have a ugly seam (made of two different pieces of the slab which don't match) right in the middle of our peninsula. The seam doesn't even come to the middle of the corner that they decided to put it on. We had drywall which needed to be repaired in the kitchen and one bathroom because they couldn't take two seconds to score the paint to keep it from peeling up. Our sink was set on top of two 2x4s and simply caulked into place which failed about 30 minutes after they left. This poor work was blamed on a new crew. Victor was initially great about sending someone over to fix small issues (the sink, faucet hole was in the wrong place, seam which shouldn't be there was rough), but after they received final payment for the job Victor started blowing off my texts saying he was working on the issues, which we still have almost a month later(they promised us a cutting board from one of our 4 sink cutouts, our backspash doesn't line up (or match for that matter)). In the end we just have to settle with a less than average (5k+) granite install and I've spent probably 4 hours fixing drywal and paint damage. We now get to spend more money removing their poorly installed backsplash and replace it with tile.

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Exceptionally excellent experience.

The gentleman's name, also Mark (I'll refer to as roofer Mark) was as competent, meticulous and professional as every other member we have encountered through Sunset Tile and Bath. Roofer Mark assessed, photographed and answered questions regarding our roof needs. Roofer Mark completed everything a week before our heavy rains occurred. His cleanup was remarkable---I found 2 nails---that's it! My husband and I are grateful to have a company that takes pride in their professions.
