He left me and my family with a half finished job and a pile of garbage on the side of my house. The job that they did finish was less than satisfactory. They half ass everything. They never put in a full 8 hour day. This guy has every excuse in the book for not showing up. The same goes for his crew. They only show up half the time. They left nails and dangerous stuff everywhere and on more than 1 occasion my 1 year old found a nail in his play area. Not to mention the pile of nails sitting in front of our house. During the installation process, a piece of equipment in my basement was accidentally damaged (accidents happen!). I call and talk to some (I won't say) Told him I wanted customer service, (guess none exists) Told him the same, AGAIN, I'll gave my manager get ahold of you, EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED MY NUMBER... He sends me an email stating he sent an Email a while back (no ya didn't, no spam either) this states by contract I had 30 days to cancel? Sounds like a scam to me, what say you?. BUT, I can pay the remainder (I have no resources or can afford a loan) or Bless them I can put it towards something else? At this point. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. TOTALLY NO INNER COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point,,, I would not let them change the screen in my window. It probably would take a year to get done. ALSO DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSITE!!! Better off just setting it on fire.
