Terrible. Went in for a teeth cleaning and Dr. Doan scraped my teeth and almost made me lose a tooth.

They made dentures for me about 18 months ago. I have had problems with them from the beginning. At first I told them the top plate stuck out too far in front and the teeth were too big. Their fix was to redo the bottom plate. my dentures are already worn out. Poor quality material. I have had them realigned many times and have tried to get them to resharpen them. The teeth are flat against each other so there is no way to chew anything with them. Have had to eat softer foods since I got the dentures. Teeth are so soft they have already worn off about 1/4 inch. Have not been able to eat any kind of sandwich since I got the dentures. The assistance response is they have to fit that way because of your mouth. Price was OK but quality is poor. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with this dentist. In October of 2020 I went in due to tooth pain and was told I had 4 cavities only two of which he did anything about. So he gave me two root canals and then proceeded to grind my front two teeth down and put caps on them which I wasn't aware he was even going to do. He still charged me for 4 root canals even though I only had two done and I never seen that money again. My crown had come off in July of this year and he put it back on though I worked out a deal for them to wipe out what they owe me to just put it back on, when he heard that my procedure was (on credit) he was rather rude put it in I feel carelessly. Whatever he did caused my tooth to appear dark blue and now not even 3 months later it has come out again. Overall I do not recommend the place I've heard nothing good from other people that have gone hear. I heard from a family member that he was watching TV while operating a drill in her mouth once. They put up a sign on the door that says closed Wednesday 7, and it's Tuesday 7. When my sister walked up to the door after being asked to come back on Tuesday she was greeted with a very rude lady who simply just angrily pointed to the sign and said there was no doctor there that day and that she had a sign up. read more

This place is a nightmare. If you have alotta time go ahead, if you plan on repaying to have their mistakes fixed have at it. They are nice just have no dental skills. Worst experience ever!!! read more

If you haven't been to the dentist in a while I have found the place to go!!! Dr. Doan is gentle with the needle and an excellent dentist. He offers great options and alternatives to get your teeth looking it's best. The staff is super friendly and nice. Prices are cheap too!!! And they always play the latest and greatest movies while you are waiting or getting your teeth worked on. Highly recommended!!! read more

I don't understand this place. I came into arrange to be a new patient and gave them my insurance information. She took a copy of it and told me they had to verify it. I was to get a call that afternoon but did not get a call for several days. When she did call, I verified info and she quickly hung up on me. I know they take my insurance but I didn't even get a chance to make an appointment. So I called them and she says I am not in there system. Next appointment is in October. Really? I moved here from Idaho and have had a very frustrating time establishing dental care for my daughter who needs a root canal. I called this office in a frustrated state to advocate for my daughter to get the care she needed...not only did the assistant Elizabeth have incredible customer service skills but she stayed empathetic to my needs and reassured me with confidence on how to get our situation resolved. I was unable to pay for a mistake that the first dental agency had made before I was seen at ez dental. Dr. Doan did not charge me for my visit! I am forever grateful to these wonderful humans for easing my mama bear mind. Faith in humanity is restored. Wonderful place and I highly recommend these kind humans. Even if I had to wait 6 hrs to be seen because of staff shortage...I would wait for it with them...they were efficient, educated, and very much caring and kind. Thank you to them read more

Right when I walked in the front desk lady was on her phone. When she asked me what was wrong she shouted it across the room. Which I don't think was very professional. They have a couch in the waiting room instead of just chairs. You can see what is going on in the back and what patients are being worked on. I haven't even gone back to see the doctor yet and this place already makes me nervous. Plus the lady was listening to her voicemails and she put it on speaker. So everyone in the waiting room could hear the messages. That's hippa right there read more

The dental assistants are usually very nice. They need to worry more about patient care and less about talking what they will have for lunch. They screwed up both the crowns that costed a good deal of money. The fitting and constant refitting for about a half an hour became very painful and I left with a crooked bite because I knew they didn't know what they were doing. By rights, I should have went back to have them fix it. I was afraid of the pain and time it would take to do it right. Now I am even more afraid of dentists then before. I think they are okay for very simple procedures. He doesn't use a bite block, so your mouth might get sore and tired. Since the crowns don't fit right, whats left of the teeth may have to be pulled prematurely. His biggest concern was to hurry up and get me out of there because of his other patients waiting. Took my daughter there today. Staff was very friendly and the dentist didn't try forcing services on us.

Prices are affordable since I have to pay cash. The dr is funny and the staff are very cool. I'm SCARED of the dentist but this dentist makes the experience great! Highly recommended read more
