My deal fell through and I have yet to get a response from the company a month later. I worked with Sal and from the beginning things were alright. They kept telling me if I do this or that we would be approved so we agreed to everything and they came back with another thing we needed to do such as pay off credit cards, put more money down, etc. I was very transparent in the type of property I was going to buy which is off grid. We missed our initial closing date and I asked for more communication and transparency and there was still no follow through. They keep stringing you along without communicating what is going on. Disclosures would be sent to us for signature asking for more money down without even calling me to discuss this. My insurance company tried to get questions answered from Charmaine and they wouldn't respond. When I provided Sal that feedback, he said they don't work on his time. Completely unprofessional. Buying a home and closing is a time sensitive issue. Every time I asked for communication and transparency, Sal would blame his team. That's all they're good at. Blaming each other. On our second closing date, Sal had a family emergency, which I understood. He said give him a few days and passed me over to his coworker Joni. That closing didn't happen and come to find out, we were nowhere near a closing. I told them to tell me straight up if they could not get it done so I don't waste my time. Took several emails to get Joni to call me and he said he would call me back same day but hasn't yet, still have not heard from Sal. It's been 1 month later and needless to say I went to another company that got me closed in less than a month and $15k less at closing than this company estimated AND I didn't have to do anything Sal said I would have had to do. This company is a joke and I wasted $1k paying for an appraisal for a house they couldn't close on. No response and leave people high and dry on closing day. They need to take some accountability as everyone is a reflection of the company. read more

Dont go this place for a loan Ara from Ez funding in Rancho Cucamonga . My family and i recently were looking into buying a home and went to her for a loan but we were scammed. We lost half of our deposit and she never answered the phone or returned our calls. She was to busy getting plastic surgery and she failed to notify us about several loans. Every time we went to see her about an update on our loan she either had a nose job, a boob enhancement or a tummy tuck. She is a scam artist and a fraud. She also said that it was ok if we didn't have enough proof to qualify for a home that she was able to change numbers so that we did qualify. She also works close with Henry Hill from Intero real estate in Rancho Cucamonga. This guy is a fraud please beware of him and the people he works with. We lost so much even the home we were renting we lost because of false promises. Now the money we had saved for so long is now lost because we were forced to look for another home to rent. If their reviews look to good to be true look again because these 2 companies also said that if we posted a good review for their company on yelp and zillow they would pay us each $150.00 dollars which we never got either. read more
