Brad, the owner, showed up early right at my doorstep. Very down to earth guy. Greeted me and went straight to work. Within minutes, he had a tumbler out and began creating a key for me. Due to a janky ignition switch on my motorcycle, it took a couple tries to get a key to fit in smoothly. He was respectful of my bike and knows his stuff! Based upon Yelp ratings I contacted this locksmith a couple months ago asking for help getting a locked ignition on my wife's Lexus RX 400h repaired. They told me that rather than replacing random parts myself and fixing or not fixing the problem I should just let them figure out the problem. We let it go for a while (big costly and time involved mistake on our part because it failed again). I contacted them again and Brad came out and figured out the problem, made the fix and we are back on the road again for less money than me buying parts and doing it myself would have been!
