Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. The tech arrived on time, was incredibly professional and friendly. We had a couple of extra items we added to the list and he helped without hesitation. The tech would finish one task and asked if everything looked ok before moving on to the next. That's a really nice touch! I apologized to Arman for adding the items and he was so kind and treated it as no big deal "that's what we are here for". Really appreciated the service and quality! I messaged them and Brad contacted me within 30 minutes. I felt at ease the minute I spoke with him and decided then I was going to use their services. He came out to the house to assess everything and gave me an estimate. It was definitely a fair price for the amount of work needed to clean out the house. I can say that Brad and his staff were very nice, cordial, and also took the time to quickly look through each box to see if there were any personal items we may want to keep (pictures, etc.). One other thing I really liked is that they donate a lot of items that can be donated. There were several things that they mentioned would be better for donation and they partitioned those items from the other items that would be going to the dump. We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

An absolute failure at every level…read more We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same.
