An absolute failure at every level. We had a crew scheduled Saturday to take our load; however, when they arrived they realized they didn't have nearly enough room in their truck and that the price would be TRIPLE the estimate. This was annoying, but I decided to go through with it anyway due to our timeline. The next day they were supposed to arrive from 8-10AM, and after not hearing anything I reached out to the office and eventually heard back from someone at 11:30 letting me know they'll call in 45 minutes with an ETA. I waited 3.5 hours and never heard back. I had already rented a pressure washer to clean the siding over there, so now I'm at 48 hours rented and I still haven't used it. I have actually lost money by giving this company multiple chances, because they found a way to fail me every time. We are now using another service (at a MUCH lower price), and would strongly recommend to anyone else to do the same. read more

KATY LOCATION PITTS ROAD: They did not even service me. I called to have a hot tub removed. The woman stated they have to come out for a free estimate on hot tubs. I agreed and she set me up with an appointment the next day between 1pm and 4 or 5pm. She said they would call 15 minutes prior to arriving. No one ever called, no one ever showed up for the estimate. Guess I will have to find another company that truly wants business. read more

And then when the manager Ryan called he told me that he had to tell four other customers that they got to go back to Katy. The company is in Katy! I have to reevaluate my original review. After talking with the owner and clarifying the billing I now understand that there was just a miscommunication with the cash total. There was a reason for the discrepancy in the total from the receipt i received and the cash amount my mom gave Andre. With that resolved this company deserves nothing less than a five star review. I've used this location before with no issue today I had an appt scheduled since last week. I called when no one showed up I was told they would check ETA. I never heard from anyone, called again. Was told with in the hour no show again. I called and Ryan who is the franchise owner acted like he didn't care. Even I called back to cancel I was told "go ahead, you'll pay more". I would never recommend this company. I had an appointment yesterday, and they never showed up. I missed my son's basketball game while waiting on them. Then he promised that he would be there the next day at 5:00. I explained I was on a tight timeline so they would have to be on time. No one showed up. Later I got a text and call that they were running behind. I told the owner nevermind that I would just go with another company since they had stood me up twice, and he said, "Yeah! I contacted Junk King on 12-31-21 to pick up a sofa, loveseat, and arm chair. Customer Service Representative quoted reasonable price and scheduled same day pick up. Their team came to my home earlier than scheduled (driver called first and made sure it was okay) and they picked up the furniture. Same price as was quoted over the phone - no surprises. We booked an appointment at 9am 6 weeks ago. They didn't show until after 2 pm. they did half the job and then told us they would be back. Its now 445pm and they still aren't back.
