After 3 months my key stopped working so I do call him desperately since accordingto him the work had 1 f..cking year of warranty. And the rest after he fixes bc he needed to buy party so I had my dad give gone 185. But dad is older so he forgot to collect a receipt from this guy. contacted them to cut and program a key for my audi they showed up 30 minutes later said they were finished. the guy said the car starts but turns off right away, he said its prolly because the battery is uncharged. i trusted him so i paid him the 200$ he quoted me for. so the next day i go buy a new battery and when i try to turn the car on it starts but immediately shut right back off. i contact my mechanic and he tells me that the key wasnt programed to my car. so the key is pretty much useless to me cant even roll up the window. i cantacted him back up and he agreed to come back and program it now he wont even reply or answer my calls/ text read more

The only key to my son's car was damaged! No key, the street sweeper was going to pass, my son had to get to college! I yelp for a locksmith and Mario responded with a quote in 5 minutes!!! Awesome service. After Mercedes tells me they no longer make the original keyfob for my car and that just the valet key is 200 bucks. Called these guys they showed up programmed and cut the original style blade key and remote and charge less than the stealership. I recommend anyone try them even before the stealer especially on older cars. Even better they are mobile and punctual. Only positive things to say about these guys. Horrible experience !! I called Mario at EZ lock for help on our none-start 2004 Ford Excursion, charged me $125 for just checking on it, which they not even sure what the problem is. Told me it could be a bad ECM (the car's main computer) And he's know someone can repair it and reprogram it. Took our Ford's ECM over a month ago and I have never seen him again. Call all three telephone numbers on their business card way too many times and always leave messages but no replies, only a couple times they answered the call and told us lies. "The ECM is being repaired" , "I have told someone if your office I will come tomorrow", " I will be there on Monday to finish the work".... NO SHOW , NO ANSWER , NO RETURN MY ECM . read more
