Recently our card…read morenumber was used fraudulently and then replaced, we forgot the autopay for storage was set on that card and missed a payment. When my husband told me he had received a text, I logged in to catch up March and pay April. They had charged me $176 in fees/late fees for a unit was just 35 days past due. I couldn't see a break down until I made the payment but that equates to about $5 a day. To make matters worse I could no longer process a payment online it told me the account was too far past due. I called multiple times to speak to someone about the outrageous fees but could only get a corporate call center, stopped by and no one was there. I finally was able to reach someone to pay today. I ended up paying $311.42 for something that would have usually been $67.50 per month or $135 for two months. I have no problem paying late fees if I make a mistake, but this is crazy! The breakdown was included on the receipt and I was additionally billed for a protection plan I had never consented to. Ironically that charge isn't included when my autopay pulls from our account. I could be reading it wrong but it appears there is an AL code that lists reasonable late fees for self storage facilities. Do the research and do yourself a favor, rent storage anywhere else but here!

My unit had a non-operating camera directly on it, but I am sure the person who removed my lock knew that. Items were stolen but the operator informed me I had signed an agreement and I had rented at my own risk. They basically told me it was my own fault for my unit being broken into. Don't waste your money here, find a place that has a controlled access gate and a working security surveillance system. This place is a scam. It may be cheap, but you'll get what you pay for.

Since AAA Storage was acquired by Mini Mall Storage, many things have changed. They stopped providing all the additional mail services which were convenient for the community. These changes are small in comparison to the more glaring issues with this new company. Even the employees I have spoke to about these radical changes agree that it is BS. First, the price went up, expected in this destructive economy under the current administration. Then, when I received my receipt showing the breakdown of my payment which necessitated the price increase, I was quite alarmed. When I saw the following fees that drove the increase: "Carbon Recovery" fee for $2.99 Facility Mgt. fee $5.99 Payment Processing fee $3.99 Administration fee $10.99 So, they are charging a carbon recovery fee (Carbon fees are proposed steadily rising fees collected for the cost of burning fossil fuels)-for a storage unit?? Next, they stopped allowing cash payments-cards only, which requires a "Payment processing" fee of $3.99. PEOPLE-THESE ARE THE KINDS OF CHANGES YOU SEE WITH ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). Bottom line-this company is based out of Canada and is pushing a Globalist agenda. Communism has arrived to Enterprise, Alabama. Stand against this tyranny and find somewhere else to store your valuables where you're the priority not the Elites. Additionally, contact the following (Mayor/elected leadership, BBB, Chamber of Commerce).

Hoping this Canadian company goes under in the US. My thoughts are with the soldiers of Fort Rucker that have their house hold goods in storage because they are overseas and aren't able to clear their items from this over priced facility. I don't know what the current going rate is but I would NOT recommend this Canadian owned facility. Too many other options between Enterprise, Dothan, Ozark to choose from.

I will never hire Goolsby Plumbing again - EVER!…read more I hired Goolsby Plumbing to replace multiple undersink and toilet valves with 90-degree ball valves in early May 2026. Upon arrival their technician insisted rubber valves were better than 90-degree ball valves. I questioned it, but he insisted, and since he's the expert, I took his advice. He then took just as long for the simple rubber washer replacement job as was originally quoted for the more complex brazing job. After speaking with two other plumbing companies since then who have confirmed the ball valves are better, I now believe the Goolsby tech doesn't care about quality workmanship and just wanted the easy job rather than braze on the better quality valves like a true craftsman. I also believe that he "milked the clock" in order to overcharge me, not because the job required it. I believe he DEFRAUDED me. (But I could be wrong, this is just my opinion). Their billing practices are also questionable. Undisclosed to me prior to billing and payment, they start billing at $90/hr for the tech to simply DRIVE from their office to the job site, not when the tech arrives on the job. I live 3.7 miles and 8 minutes away from their shop (per Google maps) and was charged $45 for an alleged 30 minutes of "travel time". I was charged professional plumber rates for non-plumbing activities, and additionally was overcharged for travel time by 375%. I believe this is also FRAUDULENT! (But I could be wrong, this is just my opinion). I called the office that same morning, right after the tech departed and politely expressed these concerns to "M" and requested a refund of the travel charges. She politely informed me "This is our normal practice" and said she would forward my request to the owner. A few hours later I called again with the same effect. On such a simple and obvious matter, I expected a response the same day, or perhaps an immediate decision from the office manager. Instead, I remain ignored and swindled. (But I could be wrong, this is just my opinion). As of this writing, 02June2026, I still have not received a response, and I do not expect one. "Fool me once, shame on you...". There will not be a "twice". I will NOT be doing business with Goolsby Plumbing in the future. (Definitely NOT wrong- it ain't gonna happen!)

They always reply to emails asap if I have any questions for them, but I also like the emails they send in ample time to let me know my payment is coming out or if my personal property insurance has expired, etc. The rental fee/price point is also very affordable and thank goodness they haven't raised the price every time I turn around!

So a whole day went by. On visit two, I asked when it could be done, (keep in mind historically it has been same day service, maybe two to three hours) the attendant told me tomorrow after noon. I went to leave. Then he said 9pm. Again not the service I need. I went to leave again. He didn't realize that I was not able to wait that long. Alleged, it will be done around 3p. Six hours after drop off, but still same day... so we will see. Also, since it's next to the cape shop, the whole laundry smells like weed. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine. The parking lot is also a hot mess most days. Again. Vape shop issue. Pack your patience for the parking lot, and a mask if you're gonna go here, unless you like to get a wee high while doing your laundry, in which case this could be a perfect fit!
