They…read morewere supposed to call me to let me know what was going on since we are the party responsible for fixing the unit and we are not local, but nobody ever called. I had to follow up several times with emails and phone calls over several days to find out what happened, only to find out they did some work without authorization, and never contacted me. They said they cleaned the coils and it fixed the leak. With the issue continuing, and with how things were handled the first time with Stinnett, I did not feel comfortable having them return and sent out a second company. The second company visited the property and found the evaporator coil stopped up. They said it was brushed by another company but the coil is impacted internally, requiring it to be pulled and cleaned outside with coil cleaner. The leak caused discoloration on the front panel which needs to be addressed, and they found an extremely dirty air filter. Neither of the issues were noted by Stinnett. How can one company provide such little information when doing the same assessment as another company, is what I'm struggling to understand. We have now paid for the service call and cleaning of the unit to Stinnett, and the service call to another company to find out what is actually going on. I'm extremely disappointed in the service Stinnett provided.

I stored some items for about 3 months while I was stationed temporarily elsewhere. When I returned a new lock had been placed on my unit, placed by the absentee managers. My unit had a non-operating camera directly on it, but I am sure the person who removed my lock knew that. Items were stolen but the operator informed me I had signed an agreement and I had rented at my own risk. They basically told me it was my own fault for my unit being broken into. Don't waste your money here, find a place that has a controlled access gate and a working security surveillance system. This place is a scam. It may be cheap, but you'll get what you pay for.
