Great service! I used this recently for a pickup at 4:15 am to Macarthur for Thanksgiving travel plans. I called only two nights before and they were able to accommodate my plans. At first you give them your card number over the phone which I was skeptical about doing at first but it all worked out well. The driver was early and helped put all our bags in the car. Dressed very professional and the car was beautiful. I really commend the driver for listening to my Dad and I argue about travel plans on the way to the airport at 4:30 am I would definitely book them again. read more

I called them the day before I arrived to confirm my reservation made through JayRide. They told me to just call them when I landed. I did so when I landed the following day. They claimed to know nothing about my reservation, and said that they get complaints made through JayRide from passengers all of the time. The said JayRide is fraudulent. They then offered to let me get picked up by their service as they "happened" to have a car available and in the area within the next ten minutes. This company is a scam. read more

DO NOT Use this car service! They are also known as Long Island Car & Limo Service, MacArthur Car & Limo Service and probably a bunch of other names, but they have horrible cars and lie to you! When I made the reservation, I asked if they only used new cars (a year or 2 old) and was told, "absolutely" and that our car would be a new sedan. When the car arrived, it was a late '90s sedan, with broken parts inside, passenger door that didn't open (& the driver didn't even want to open any doors for us!) -- and the Air Conditioner did not even work (in August in NY!!). The driver at first said it broke yesterday, then he later said that it stopped working that morning... but on the way to the airport, he pulled off along the side of the highway because the interior lights in the car came on (like a door was opened) and wouldn't turn off. They were also very confused when making the reservation and tried to confirm at trip to JFK, when we were going to ISLIP. (That should have been my first clue!) The driver called 3 times prior to pick up asking for directions to the house (that is VERY easy to find and is on all GPS devices), and was just not very polite, friendly or professional. I could go on and on, but suffice to say DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will regret it... and it could be a dangerous trip for you. P.S. I would give a 0 star review if possible since he did not show up. I reserved the car for my mother in law for a family emergency. While making the reservation, I stated how important it was for him to be there on time. My mother in law waited for an hour without hearing from him. I then called and the call went straight to voicemail. Do not use this car service unless you want to be left waiting at the airport. read more

I wished I had looked up this company's reviews before making my reservation. I needed to be at the airport by 7am and these people DID NOT SHOW UP!!!! No phone call, NOTHING!!! LATE, horrible service. To start, they didn't call with a confirmation even though they said they would. I had to call them to confirm. They were 30 minutes late picking me up because they went to the wrong house. On top of that, no one was answering the phone when I called to see where they were. I finally got in touch with someone who insisted they we were waiting outside. Like I can't tell that there is NOT someone in front of my house. The car was in terrible shape. Wouldn't help me with my bags and I barely made it to the airport on time. Thank god I didn't have to go too far or I would have missed my flight. On top of that, they still charged me! Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Mistakes on their website shows their lack of attention to detail. read more

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. A very polite, professional and personable driver, Caner, arrived in a clean Lincoln Town Car 15 minutes early and texted me that he was outside waiting whenever I was ready After reading so many horrible reviews about limo services/taxis in the Hamptons, I was very reluctant to use one for fear that I would miss my flight. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Apparently, they're a pretty new company (started in the summer). They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offer flat rates.
