They totally hooked me up when I lost my keys on the horse farm in the dark. I called several other taxi services and was unsuccessful finding someone agreeing to motor me from Baiting Hollow to Lindenhurst. This "business" is a total scam! The cab picked me up and took me to the hotel 2.2 miles away to the tell me the price went from $15 to $25 dollars. When I called to ask why none of the rates are available and a give me a break down of charges the guy explained to me that this is how everyone does it. Does this sound fun? Calling to book 24 hours in advance, and confirming an hour before pickup, a van to fit two people, two bicycles. Being sent a car that already has two people in it, expecting to fit two more people, plus 2 bikes. Missing the last train for the day. Being stranded in a field because they never did send that van. Cab was late then when the cab comes the driver is. Shouting, shouting and more shouting on the radio to hq. very annoying. Then got charged $50 for what should have been a max $20 ride. So glad Uber came along as the same trip was $10. read more

My friends and I were attending a wedding in Hampton Bays and this company was hired by the wedding planner to take guests home. My wife and I were two of the first 5 people to be brought home. This carload would have been two drop offs. When the company realized this, they made a huge stink about it and ended up increasing the price after a 10 minute argument with the wedding planner. Once we got on the road, the trip wasn't pleasant, either. The driver didn't know where he was going, even though he had a GPS and us, the passengers, giving him directions. He would speed up right before a turn then hit the brakes hard once he realized he missed the turn. I would never use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone to stay as far away as possible. read more

Riverhead needs uber or lyft or anything besides this cab company. We used this company to travel only a few miles and the total came to $25. I asked them how they priced our ride and they essentially said they make it up as they go. They also jack the price up 25% if you're paying with a card so if you are forced to use them make sure you have cash on hand. read more

These people are crooks! We called multiple times to get a quote, confirm our quote and reservation before using their service that came recommended by our Hilton hotel and after packing all of our things in their van they announced that our $10-$15 fare per person quoted when we gave them the exact location we were traveling to was now $25 and we were late leaving. At that point we were stuck and they refused to negotiate until my husband got in a heated debate. We settled on $20 each for our group. Our other group took another taxi with them and they were charged like $30 more than quoted when giving an exact location as well. I feel like this is the most dishonest company ever. The night before the same company charged us $36 for a short distance that would have been half as much anywhere else. If we didn't already have the confirmation we would have shopped around. read more

Great cab service! They are literally right next to the riverhead train station. The driver gave me a card in case I needed a ride again, I used them a total of 3 times while in town. The dispatch was super easy, and they were always faster to arrive then what they quoted. Drivers were friendly and knew right where the places I was heading to were located. My driver was on his phone, Skyping his lady friend and constantly looking down, barely paying attention to cars ahead of him. Was hoping for better. read more

Driver who took us from the train station to the hotel was nice. But a few days later when we called for another taxi to pick us up, we were told 5 minutes and the wait turned into 15 minutes. When we called back to check on the status of the taxi, the lady dispatcher yelled at me and told me that I had just called and that the taxi was coming. Why aren't they nice to their customers? Reserved a car for a day to take a small group (4 people) to several wineries. Driver arrived at our hotel early to pick us up. Car was not new but clean with plenty of room for our party. We visited four wineries and it was wonderful to have driver waiting after each tasting to take us to our next spot. When there was a long wait at the place we had planned to have lunch, he recommended a different lunch spot in the area which was perfect. He was knowledgeable of the area and very professional. Taxi arrived timely but service is overpriced. Large group in party, we phoned ahead several times to verify costs for 2 groups that needed transportation to train to NYC and other local area. Was quoted fares over the phone several times, $12-15 per person, but after loading up and getting in, the rates changed $25 pp. Complained to driver and manager but they continued to argue that they didn't realize where we were going even though they were given the full addresses of both pickups and deliveries. Finally got price down to $20 pp, additional charge of $30 per group. read more

I would not give this company 1 star but it would not allow me to proceed with no stars. This company is disgusting a bunch of thieves. I was quoted 1 price and once they arrived and we got into car from the pouring rain he changed his price to double! When we realized he wasn't kidding he started driving away with us in the car. We seriously were petrified. When we got to our destination with the fear of God in our eyes he demanded more money. We paid him we wanted him to unlock the doors and let us out.
